Eliza H. “Coordinator” was extremely rude, she wasn’t nice at all- I let her know I was exchanging something she inspected the shirt I brought in with a gift receipt, it had tags just not the Tj maxx tag on and told me she couldn’t exchange - mind you I bought $140 worth I wasn’t asking for money back just a reimbursement. I asked her what the point of the gift receipt was and she said it needed to have the TJ MAXX tag - so I asked her you expect people to gift I a gift with the tag and pricing showing she said yes that’s how it should and was so confused again on what the reason the gift receipt wasn’t sufficient. She mad something that has been so easy in the past with TJ maxx so difficult she couldn’t even offered to check to see if they had a shirt in the store that was similar or the same to price match but her attitude was terrible and careless and from the start I could tell she didn’t want to help us, I will no longer visit this location on top of terrible service they have a trash can outside that no one cleans up it’s overflow with garbage every time I go. I hope Eliza learns to treat people to respect and if you’re working in customer service learn how to be kind and welcoming to ALL. I would love to speak to the general manager...
Read moreThe store is great, lots and lots of shopping choices. BUT be prepared when paying that the cashier's there can't do elementary math. I handed her $21 for a $10.79 purchase. She accidentally entered $11 instead of $21 and although the register told her the coins to return she could NOT figure out what to do. Frankly it was disheartening. She panicked and had to call for help, even though I told her, more than once, what my change should be. Imagine my surprise when the other cashier couldn't figure it out, either. OMG. The other woman actually pulled out her phone so she could calculate. I made the mistake of asking if they couldn't do it in their heads, which got me the stink eye. Let's face it, this is 4th grade math and these adults were completely flummoxed. I continued to mention what my change should be, which she eventually verified. Surely the store has people qualified that can do basic math in their heads. Get them at the register and get these women back...
Read moreThere is a girl with very short brown hair that worked 03/18 after four o’clock in the fitting rooms, her name tag was tucked out of sight. Honestly, I had to try more than once to get her attention to ask what to do with the discarded items. She looked at me on the second try, and asked me to repeat myself, to which I did, then asked me to repeat myself again while taking out her AirPod. She told me to put the clothes anywhere I thought. The same service followed suit with my mom and sister. It’s extremely rude behavior, and a theft of company time to be paid by the hour to ignore the customer, listen to media, and be on the phone during a shift. As one human to another, she is not a friendly person nor wants to be. She openly displays disrespect, and has a complete lack of...
