I have mixed feelings about this place. As someone who loves vintage video games, I was excited to check it out — but the experience was a bit chaotic. When we arrived, the store wasn’t open despite the posted hours. We saw someone standing outside and assumed they were a customer, only to find out 30 minutes later it was actually the cashier waiting for the owner to unlock the gate. Inside, the store felt like an episode of Hoarders — games stacked sky-high, easily 50 deep in some places. It’s overwhelming and hard to browse. I was surprised they didn’t even have a first-party Wii remote in stock, though we did manage to find a third-party one that worked. There’s definitely potential here. The inventory is impressive, but the layout and customer service need serious attention. With better organization and more reliable hours, this could be a retro gaming paradise.

This place is awesome. I was able to trade in my 2ds and some games for a better price than Gamestop. I was also able to buy some things for cheaper prices than being sold originaly. The people there are kind and the place reminded me of games I used to have on Ps3, making for a better experience. Anyway, I would reccomend this place for trading, buying, or just to relive nostalgia.

Massive quantity of stock, incoming daily. When we visited the intake section of the store was over flowing. The employee working said that they were short staffed as a few people were on leave, but I could see he was working so hard to keep things going. The store is affordable. The worker was super friendly and knowledgeable.

I went to this store for the first time yeasterday and it was absolutley awesome. The sheer amount of games that they had there was incredible. I went there to just get a memory card for my playstation 2 and walked out with not just that but also several games in addition. The prices were great and the staff were super really nice. The man that I spoke to (I'm assuming he's the owner) was really nice to talk with, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I came in looking for just a memory card and walked out with that, several games, a tone of ideas, and wanting a job there (sadly I was told they weren't hiring at the moment though). The only remotely bad thing I have to say about the store is that it seemed to be disorganized. Which made me think it was maybe a new store, so I thought maybe that was why I had never heard of it before. They had stacks of games that hadn't been inventoryied yet against one of the back walls and a bunch of other stuff on the other side towards the corner. I spent about 30 to 45 minutes going through the stacks of PS2 games seeing what games there were and if there was anything there on my list, and I didn't even get through all of the PS2 games that were stacked there. Although other than that I think this store is awesome and I could honestly see this store becoming one of the coolest stores (if not the coolest store) in the mall. I have never left a google review before but I thought this store was so cool that I had to leave one, also I saw some of the negative reviews and so I thought I should leave my thoughts. Anyway I will definitely be...

At this point I’ve been to the game cache more than a few times. As a collector of old Resident Evil games and memorabilia this is THE place for me. He’s always got something new for me to add to my collection. Amazing service and an awesome selection, I can’t tell you how many times I’ve went to get an old game or two and left with old systems, controllers, hook-ups and much more. An excellent place to relive your childhood and drown yourself in nostalgia! I mean there’s even old strategy guides, gaming magazines and posters! Stuff I never dreamed I’d lay my eyes on again. As for the management/owner… nicest dude you could hope to meet, crazy knowledgeable and passionate about his collection. Trust me, he’s feeding off of the nostalgia too and I can promise he loves what he does and truly appreciates seeing that same look in his customers eyes. I typically don’t leave reviews but I came across an unfair review of this business that I truly appreciate and had to speak up because this business is not some soulless big chain video game store.. this is a wonderful local owned and operated retro game store ran by one of our own and he deserves our support, respect and appreciation. Next time you need to replace an oldie but goldie from your collection, feel like finding a long lost treasure from your childhood whether it be a game, poster, figurine or magazine or simply long to be around like minded individuals who share the same interests and passions as you. You absolutely can NOT go wrong with The Game Cache. 10/5 stars and remember, support local,...

Update again: they been getting better so I will rise the rating to 3. The last time I went in the store was still a little messy with games all over the place and I don't know what is or isn't for sale but the staff has been friendly these last few times and are really helpful and even buffered games I bought and thought were a little to scratched up because they understood as a collector I wanted the disc to look better. Keep it up Game Cache your heading in the right direction! Update: Went in today and again no one says hi, no one asks if I need help even when I'm looking at the games behind the glass. I know the guy was working on a controller but at least have the decency to say hi and ask if someone needs help. His lose too because I was interested in a game they had behind the glass but I didn't want to bug him since he was too busy with his controller. Also heard him talking bad about a customer. You know what no matter what a customer does or says you shouldn't be talking about them when they are not there. Stay away from this store!

Prices are to high, Say they resurface discs but won't tell me what they use to do it. Staff is not that friendly when someone walks into your store say...
