you can pretty much count on a predurably attentive and helpful staff at this location. I've never been in the store without someone addressing me and offering suggestions, or where to find whatever it is that I'm there to check out within the first 2-3 minutes after the door closes behind me. staff seems fairly knowledgeable about pretty much all merchandise throughout the store and always make super awesome suggestions, all you have to tell them is a vague idea of what you're wanting to look at and they will lead you to something that fits your needs and has had the most positive feedback from customers. all toys that require batteries, before any exchange of money is done, whomever is checking you out will throw in a pair of tester batteries to ensure the item is fully functional and to allow the customer to hold the item and decide if stuff such as vibration, ect lives up to their expectation. seeing as this isnt the sort of place that does returns ((thank god)), this is a super nice protocol to say the least. their selection isnt the most extensive I've ever seen in an "adult novelty shop", but it also is far from what one would refer to as limited. prices are pretty standard for this sort of place...

Large inventory of items to choose from here and I doubt you'll find better prices anywhere else other than maybe ordering online from China. Staff was very friendly and although I arrived within about 20 minutes of closing time, I was able to browse the entire store without feeling rushed or hurried along. Another point worth noting is that it was refreshing to look up while shopping and not find an employee lurking around staring at me like I was a criminal. I understand that businesses have to protect themselves from shoplifters but I'm sure some lose more money by pushing away the honest customers who would have given their business had they not been made to feel so awkward during the process. All in all this place was top notch and I have no complaints - Great selection, very competitive prices, and very helpful and professional staff....

Can find almost anything your looking for. Decent selection Movies and films, adult accessories fair amount of selection, women's lingerie was fairly limited and my girl who is petite there was not much to choose from for her size. Lady running store said she can't keep small and petite items in stock. Gets gone quick she said. Friendly though she was, very watchful of customers I noticed. Made it a little awkward but not too too bad. But I bet lots of sticky fingers roll in from time to time so can't blame her. CC tv...
