My husband and I have ordered from this place before; however, today, March 17, 2023, we were totally disappointed with the service. When I placed our order for large pretzel bites, I asked if it came with a drink? The cashier responded no, so I ordered a medium drink too, the total came up to $12.04. As I was waiting, I viewed the display board which advertises pretzel bites and a medium drink combo (size of pretzel bites is NOT indicated). Moreover, I pointed this out to the cashier that the sign shows that you have a pretzel bite combo with a drink. She responded by saying that the combo is for medium pretzel bites. As I waited, another employee fixed my drink, she had her mask pulled down to her chin and she was scratching her hair. Afterwards, she took that same hand and lightly sealed my drink. I waited, then I called the cashier back over to change my order. I told her that she should have done or offered suggestive selling when I had asked if the large pretzel bites came with a drink. I ordered the combo and an additional small pretzel bites. She refunded me my money from my first order, and I ended up paying $14.94 which was a better deal for the price. I also asked her to make sure the other girl (short, white female with several piercings in her nose) NOT to touch my food because she had been scratching in her hair, and I said that she needed to go and wash her hands. The cook (owner/manager) seemed to get upset and said that their hands don't touch the food. I quickly responded, " It doesn't matter, her hands are touching the utensils that's touching my food; she need to go wash her hands!! As a reminder, we are still in a pandemic, we are not in the clear with this Covid-19 yet. I also, asked that my drink be replaced because she contaminated my lid by tapping her fingers all around the top to seal it. I really should have canceled the order altogether. Anytime you are ordering from a food business and there's an issue with cleanliness, it is best to go elsewhere. Manager Han, awesome dude, hard worker! Other two employees stood around doing nothing, eating inventory, talking to their girlfriend, and looking at their phone. Han washed his hands, like I said, awesome dude....two other employees never did. The two employees let han work hard while they did nothing but screw up our order resulting in a refund, because me and my wife couldn't wait another 20 minutes for one...

The food here is always good. But I tried to order a pretzel today and was told I wasn't allowed to order one of the Monday-Thursday deals.
