I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience I had at your store today. I was the only customer in the store, and the associate at the counter went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gift for my mother's birthday. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and she took the time to show me around the store and offer suggestions.

I was particularly impressed by the wide selection of high-quality gifts that Ntves has to offer. There is something for everyone, and the prices are very reasonable, being most is handmade. I ended up purchasing a beautiful poncho that my mother absolutely loves.

I am so grateful for the kindness and professionalism that I experienced at Ntves today. I will definitely be returning to your store in the future, and I will be recommending Ntves to my friends and family.

I saw this Company on Fox 2 news a couple of years ago and saved their information. Im goung to a Pow Wow soon so I decided to order a product from them. Product is nice but communication is bad. I sent a email asking a question about their return/exchange policy before I ordered and they NEVER replied. I called store # no answer so I left a message to return my call, they NEVER called. I placed order online anyway and product was sent via UPS. I never received a return email receipt or even an email saying they received my payment. Nothing from them at all! I visited their store in Ann Arbor recently. They had a large selection of clothes, blankets, jewelry, leather and other products which were all made with such good quality. The gentleman working in the store was very nice and helpful. My daughter purchased a beautiful bracelet. I later changed my mind and decided to purchase a blanket I saw in the store that was sold out online. I called the store and they were more than happy to mail the blanket to me.
