I have purchased many dress shirts and polos from State and Liberty over the past few months and I could not be happier with the look, feel, quality, and fit! I have an athletic body type and each dress shirt and polo looks like it is custom tailored specifically for me. Whenever I wear State and Liberty dress shirts or polos I never fail to get compliments.

The convenience of not having to take them to the dry cleaners makes their already superior product even better. I've washed the shirts and polos numerous times and have not had any issues. The collars and cuffs are still stiff and the shirts and polos still look like they did when I first received them.

I wear a suit every day to work and over the years I have worn countless designer brand's dress shirts. None of the dress shirts I have worn compare to State and Liberty's shirts. Not even the brands that cost a few hundred dollars for a single shirt! In my opinion, State and Liberty has by far the best dress shirts and polos on the market today!

Finally, the customer service at State and Liberty is beyond phenomenal. It is very refreshing to see that a company puts a high emphasis on, bases their business model around, and genuinely appreciates their customers!

It is NO wonder to me why S&L gets a consistent 5 star rating- their products are unmatched by none, but more importantly Is their philosophy in customer service. Lee and Steve, who I found out were the Owners behind this clothing line that my Son Dan Swears by, have set the highest of Standards to make sure their customers are completely happy and satisfied . I ordered some S&L clothing as Xmas gifts For Dan and requested they be sent to me In Massachusetts, instead of Colorado where he Recently moved to. I panicked because I Wouldn’t have time to re-send them to Colorado to arrive in time for Xmas. I contacted Customer Service, and they Routed me to Anna Swindell. Well, from that moment I knew MY mistake was in good Hands! At the busiest time of year for retailers, She worked diligently to contact UPS to have Dan’s gifts re-routed to Colorado. I could have just re-ordered his gifts from the Colorado Store, but like any NEW product S&L comes Out with, these ones immediately SOLD OUT!! My point....I always characterize People And Companies by their Actions, that way I’m Never fooled by their WORDS! Lee and Steve Obviously inspect what they expect, because ANNA surely lives up to their Customer Service Standards! She is a life saver to me, and surely a keeper For S&L! This is an update to the review below, in which I gave 3 stars. I received a shirt that began pilling way too soon. State & Liberty quickly arranged a phone call with me and replaced that shirt with a similar shirt of my choice. They also sent me a fabric shaver to touch up the pilling areas on the original shirt. The customer service from State & Liberty was exceptional! I worked with Jordan. They definitely stand by their product.

Here is a little bit more on the shirts. The shirts are meticulously made and the fit, feel, and look are fantastic. For a full review, it should be noted that the shirts snag easily. On the positive side, that fragility gives the State & Liberty a refined look that few other shirts on the market can match. You can see that nice appearance on the website. These shirts will highlight an athletic build and provide a nice touch of refined style. And, at least in my experience, if there is an issue with your purchase, State & Liberty will take care of you.

Old review - I bought a short sleeve button up and polo. The fit is great and the shirts look nice, just as advertised. The main problem is that the fabric is too delicate.
