Great location, we had the unit above the offices, the AC didn't work really well compared to the other units we rented, at one point we had all units for a wedding, the staff was a little odd, 1 out of the 3 ladies we encountered was very nice, the other 2 were very abrasive and seemed like temps, first time we went down to drop off clothes we found in several drawers and the lady looked at me as if I just ate the last doughnut before fatcamp, the second lady was just as pleasant when I asked for a 2nd trash can liner, she scolded me and said I'll give you one more but there should have been a spare under the sink, that's funny we're here 9 days and 2 13 gallon liners should have been enough,

Overall, the location is great, only steps to the beach and you have dedicated parking if you drive, we also had a golf cart the whole time and there was always a spot in front to leave charging overnight, i'm sure we'll be back but if it's only a few hundred more for a house on Golf Drive on the channel then I'd for sure take that over this seeing you had a private pool...

ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES Stayed in 112 for 2 weeks in may and found 4 live roaches running around. Found half eaten tub of ice cream in drawer with a dirty spoon (hence the roaches), dishwasher does not clean and had to hand wash, stove top is broken and they charged us an additional $50 cleaning fee when we left. They state that there was sand on the counters, we moved a couch (nothing states that we could slide furniture), dishes were dirty (DW was broken and we habd cleaned it all) and we broke a lamp (which we provided pictures that it was already broken). My family of 5 loved staying in Cottage 109. It was cute, cozy and clean. It felt like your grandma's beach cottage if you were lucky enough to have a grandma with a beach cottage. It's an old cottage with creaky wood floors and some other quirks, but that's part of the charm at AMI. Couldn't ask for a better location less than a block from the beach and within walking distance to the shops and restaurants on Pine Ave. We really enjoyed the free bikes and...
