Listen here, I don't think you guys understand just how clutch Kohl's came in for me. This is Annapolis. Everything is expensive for no reason. I was suit shopping for 3 days and the cheapest option was a shady suit supplier in the mall. Men's Warehouse, although fantastic in terms of service is also still way to expensive, Joseph A Bank didn't even have my size, and Macy's is just a falling apart at the seams while expecting me to fork over $800 for a 2 piece suit without having a single person present to measure me or guide me through the experience. I was devastated, at my wits end, and shaking at the prospect of either going outside Annapolis or having to spend ~$500 dollars on a suit I would likely wear 3 times in my life.
I didn't even THINK about Kohl's as an option until my daughter said something, and I was not expecting anything. I walked in, walked to the men's department, found the suit in the size, color, and cut that I wanted, $180 bucks total and had it in the tailor that day.

First thought this was a large and spacious store. Waited over 20 minutes behind one other customer to return 2 items. Had to be helped by both an associate and the manager. Kohl’s cash did not transfer to app or email so I had to call. The customer service on the phone confirmed $20. I waited at the register for the transaction to go through for 10+ minutes while a second associate did a price check but tried to refuse to honor their listed price until I physically pointed out the marked sign with the correct price. I was then told that due to my earlier return my kohl’s cash would be going down, since my total was then $99.78. Due to it being 0.22 cents below $100 I was told it would now be $10 instead of the $20 I was assured on the phone. Instead of realizing the stupidity of this 0.22 cent difference the same manager from earlier refused to adjust anything and fought with me some more before even adding the $10. Read moreToday, I stood waiting to drop off an Amazon return while two staff members talked about doctors appointments, their mental health and having scheduled time off from work. As I stood there, I could see one of the two staff members, a white male turn and look at me repeatedly, but he never said anything or gave me an indication that he was going to help me. He and the other female worker continued to talk, so I said, "Excuse me, can someone help me?"
He and the other co worker eventually came over. When he spoke he said sarcastically, "I hope you are having a good day. Are you having a good day?" He hands me the Kohl's coupon and makes the statement again.
I'm sorry that a customer expecting great customer service is such an inconvenience to your staff at this location.
