An outstanding customer service!!!❤️ l love the store!. my recent experience has made me love it eve more!.l was rushing to get a presents & l bought & exchanged,returned & just having a hard time deciding. my online orders took 2 days longer than l expected them. in the process there was a complication on how l paid for 2 items l was trying to return.The sales associate called the manager to figure it out & the store was about to close. She asked me to leave all the stuff l bought & she promised to over night it the next day, but she needed more time & all will be fine. the next morning, she got it all figured out & boxed everything up as l watched packed it up e the tracking information. she was down to earth- apologized, & assured me the package will get there on...

LOVE EVERYTHING THEY SELL....BUT RIDICULOUSLY PRICED. the only reason I usually go in is to get inspiration because I'm an artist but I don't think that I have actually purchased anything due to the fact that everything it's over $100, easy. The staff is great and they are very friendly and tend to your needs, but, the prices are still insanely high and even their clearance section in the back is more expensive than most stores I've been to. not to put them down because if I could and I could afford it I probably buy everything they have I love the store and maybe someday I'll be able to walk out with a bag full of clothing, quilt, dishes & the most absolutely wonderful little unique gifts & perfumes etc....

I’m changing my review because after sharing my uncomfortable experience in this store, the management showed genuine concern and strived to make things better. I believe they truly care about their customers. I’m glad I made them aware of how some of the staff’s actions impacted me, and I have faith that they took the right steps to make sure it doesn’t...
