This place a joke for a furniture store. I went in for furniture shopping after work in scrubs so I was not “dressed to impress”. Not greeted by a single person. All the sales people sitting at a table to the left laughing and giggling. So I walked around, like a few pieces and wanted more information about delivery times etc, went back to them to ask, I was not even acknowledged despite them looking straight at me, they all just continued to talk amongst themselves. So I left, and went across the street to Arhaus where I was immediately greeted and assisted. Surprisingly we were in Virginia the following weekend and similar experience at the RH in Tysons as well. So we ultimately ended up furnishing from Arhaus instead due to clear customer service issues and selective assistance at RH despite the location! We ended up spending our $$$$ at Arhaus! Would love to purchase more lighting only if their team would install. Took my electrician longer than expected to assemble and install the chandelier, but overall quality is great!
