I dropped my rings off on a Tuesday just before they closed and was given a price and an estimated time of 3-5 business days. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They helped to determine what size the rings needed to be and made sure the work could be done before I left. I got a message from them the very next day saying my rings were ready.
