Refused to take my order for a custom cake because I live out of state even though the party takes place in Apopka. I offered my debit card to pay a deposit or even full amount over the phone. But that wasn’t good enough. I have to physically have someone else come to the store to place the order. Both my parents and Uncle that live in Florida are at work at the time of the call. So they can’t come right now. The time to order the cake is last minute because other plans fell through. This company just gave me difficulties. I was treated like a scammer instead of a customer. I had high hopes for this bakery... I went in person to place the order for my husband's cake and showed them a picture of the cake I wanted (they even took a picture of it) and was told they could make it happen. When I see the cake I tell them it's the wrong color and she says if it was any more blue it would stain our teeth. I'm not sure as to why this was not said when I placed the order and they saw the picture nor did I receive a call day of making the cake to inform me. I took the cake bc it had been paid in full since the day I placed the order and I still had hopes that the cake would at least be good but again as you can see in the picture it was not 3 leches it was a dry vanilla cake. The young man that works there is so rude for no reason. He gives you an attitude just for telling him your order. Huffing and puffing and eye rolling. So rude and unprofessional. If you’re going to hire teenagers train them to check their attitudes at the door before they start serving people. I had asked for an ice cream and was paying for my order, after I was done I was just waiting and waiting. He had set my ice cream on the counter when there are plenty of other people, never said anything about my order. And when I asked about it gave the biggest attitude.
