It's been a few years since I enrolled in this "School" so I can't speak on it today in case it has improved, but when I attended their in-person class in 2020, it seemed good and educational, however they were pushing way too many group projects and group work. Almost everything had to be done with a group, which I personally don't like as I'm not there to learn how to grow cannabis with other people but instead as an individual and personally can't learn this way.

The people I was teamed up with were already experienced while I wasn't, so the entire time, they were taking charge in the projects and going too fast for anyone to learn. I did not get the opportunity to really learn this subject and the teachers were rushing through the course on top of this. This made it very intimidating and was not of any value to me at all. For context as well, I am a former Trulieve employee of 3 years so I'm experienced when it comes to Cannabis as a whole, but not as a grower.

I didn't show up the next day due to this and pretty much stepped away from this entirely. I sent a message to this organization to let them know and they advised me that I could get a full refund since I only showed up for one day. Unfortunately, this refund never happened. I contacted them back a few weeks later asking for an update and was advised that they'll take care of it, but it never happened.

At this point, I gave up. If I saw a deposit then that is great, or if not, I'm not wasting my time. This happened in 2020. It is now 2024 and obviously that refund never came nor am I expecting it or putting effort into it.

I would avoid this organization at all cost as it is purely for their own profit rather than your education. Group projects are easier to teach than with individuals and supplies are cheaper in few when you force group projects. Easier to learn with ChatGPT than this...

With not knowing anything about the cannabis industry, I came across an ad for Learn Sativa. I know a lot of people who have one form or another medical situations. I was curious, so I checked out their website, called to ask questions and sent emails with questions. A few months went by, I hemmed and hawed then I finally decided to go for it! I wanted to know how the medical benefits of cannabis can help the people I know and many others! The decision and the opportunity to learn about a new industry in the state of Florida was the best decision I could of ever made! I learned so much from a staff that is willing to share their knowledge and expertise with everyone! I was absolutely amazed by the lessons, the lectures and the hands on experience that was available in the prerequisite class! The students in the class where very friendly, pulled together as a team and helping each other out! I highly recommend this school to anyone who has the passion to learn or expand their knowledge in an amazing up coming industry! Learn Sativa is a great place to learn about the cannabis industry in a safe, clean, friendly, and relaxing atmosphere! Staff is very professional and takes their time to answer any all your questions! Now on to the advanced classes! Just completed the Dispensary Management Course at Learn Sativa University. I am glad to say that I was very pleased with the immense degree of knowledge provided to us. Having covered an enormous amount of material, I now feel empowered to pursue this field in depth with a renewed sense of confidence at a professional level. Our trainers Pat and Chris both possess a pleasant and down to earth nature which allowed us to ask whatever questions came to mind. Their combined extensive knowledge and experience in the subject was definitely impressive, and their commitment to establishing a high standard of integrity and compassion stands out at in all aspects. There was no question they could not answer or address. After completing this course I am now interested in pursuing this field at a more advanced level. I will definitely be pursuing their more advanced courses in the near future . Another positive aspect of this University is their commitment towards assisting the graduate with networking and locating recognised employment opportunities both local and nationwide . I would recommend this to anyone who has an interest in pursuing this field at a professional level.

You will NOT be disappointed !
