I was skeptical before I ordered because of the site on which they chose to run their ads. But I thought: "What the heck, maybe he's a genius for doing so." We ordered "Joker. " A sativa. A 1/4 Oz came in two 8th of an Oz packages with coffee beans in a little sack to cover the smell. We were impressed by the packaging. When we opened them, the buds were beautiful & light. I threw them on a digi scale, & they were .2 g shy of an 8th out of the containers. They come in a zip lock resealable pouch with desiccant to prevent the package from sweating & keeping them fresh. I have a low tolerance & get severe anxiety, or I get in my head, & become very self conscious or am extremely uncomfortable if I smoke too much & this is why we ordered from a dispensary hoping to get great quality products that would last us as I consume very little at a time. We loved Joker so much that I gave a little bud to my best friend. He offered me 50 bucks for more the next day. This was a couple of months ago & since then, we've ordered Apple Fritter, Super Boof, & prerolls of various kinds. We take the weed out of the prerolls & make smaller joints. They have not had Joker available in the flower since my first order. I still have the second pouch over halfway full. We got a 1/4 of Apple Fritter just because of how good Joker was not knowing what it would be like. We've gone thru it pretty fast because so far, it is the best we've ever had. Can't find it on their site anymore, either. We just placed another order for Tropical Thunder, the next Sativa they released. We love Sativas. Rarely do they have any posted as available in flower & we don't see the ones we like available again after ordering each one. So if you're in to Sativas, you got to get it while it's available & I hope the next one is just as good. I got an email to be put on a waiting list for Joker, but I can't always check my phone while working & it expired after an hour of receiving it. In the 2nd or 3rd order we placed, I got an email from Patrick saying something went wrong with my order & I needed to go back to the site & finish it if I hadn't been charged for it. I hadn't, so I did. I noticed it wouldn't take the coupon I used the first time I placed it, but I trusted the email. Not long after, I was charged for both orders & in my account info under orders, it showed the same one twice with 2 different order numbers. I called & emailed. By the time I got an answer, 1 order had been filled & shipped. I got a text later from one of their employees saying the orders had been filled if I wanted both, or they could refund the second. In between the time I was contacted, I had grown frustrated & sent a frustrated message about no one getting back to me & my being double charged. The 2nd order was refunded at my request, but later, I got a tracking number showing it had been shipped with a tracking number different from the first. I thought they were being cool & letting me have it anyway for the inconvenience. I watched the tracking number for days as it made it all the way to New Jersey, which was weird because they usually come straight from Florida to Georgia in just a couple of days. Days later I got a message saying the package was intercepted. Maybe this was a prank because of my irritated message, so if it was, they got me! I don't know much about THCA & the difference from regular street weed. But we love the effects of the strains we've tried already. So does my best friend. I don't feel too heavy or weighed down & the buzz is clean yet not intoxicating. I don't understand what terpenes or a lot of the chemicals mean, but I know so far Joker & Apple Fritter are the Bombay shiznit! I hope it's not sprayed with something & it is a legit flower because they have a customer for life. Given the email mixup & the slight weight shortage, we have no complaints & still order from them every time I find a sativa available. No one answers the phone, and although they say theyâll return your call within 24 hours, Iâve never received a callback. Itâs been nearly two weeks with no edibles or products in stock, and thereâs been zero communication about whatâs going on.
What makes it worse is that there havenât been any emails or updates sent out to customers explaining the changes in law or why the shelves are empty. Instead, I get a different explanation every time I speak with an employee. Loyal customers would really appreciate a clear, consistent message â even just a simple email would go a long way. The CONS- there is ABSOLUTELY ZERO CONSISTENCY WITH PRODUCTS AND SHIPPING! It may say it is in stock online, you may even call (as I did after this happened 2 times in a row) to ask if it's in stock before placing order. They may even confirm that yes it is and you may place the order before even off the phone, BUT that doesn't mean they have it. Actually, doesn't even mean they've baked them yet, as in my last 2/3 orders! I use this regularly and because of the wild inconsistency on timing (anywhere from couple days to couple weeks and NO COMMUNICATION at all unless I call and find out they don't even have the item!). That is the only con about this place. LITTERALLY EVERYTHING else is 5* AMAZING!! Hopefully they can figure out the communication, and consistency with shipping and honesty on what is actually available or not. It's ok to not be available, or to take longer, but it's not cool to just not communicate that or give a heads up unless a client calls. I plan around the orders and it really can mess someone up when it's wildly different timing each order. Again, I truly LOVE all other aspects and will keep ordering, but this info is for sure worth knowing going in.
