So we went here today because our kitchen is getting redone and our deck. So we went in with the idea of possibly getting cabinets or deck stuff. Well upon entering we got a wave and hello from a man on the phone....no I will be with you in a minute. There was also another man sitting right next to him on the phone. We then heard them get off the phone e then make a joke to each other . We continued to walk around the store aimlessly for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Finally I said is anyone going to help us.... we look and one guy is sitting there doing nothing . Finally my wife goes up to him and ask a question...he answers ....nicely....but goes back to sitting there. The sales acumen of these 2 were horrible...not sure if they were sales people but as someone e who owns a business and manages people I would have wanted my non sales people to get someone. So needless to say they loss a potential sale there an I will not let my wife spend our hard earned dollars there. Also the hours are not great as they close at 4 when most people are not done working.....so to think I took time away to go here makes...

After purchasing and ordering siding, we attempted to pick up our order. On our first attempt, we called at 3:45pm knowing they were closing at 4pm to confirm we could still grab the siding. No one answered. On our second attempt, we arrived at 3:52pm. We walked into the store, but the lights were turned off and were promptly told they were closed. We were able to plead with them to simply process the rest of the transaction and hand us our purchased siding. Place an order with a guy named Tyler on a Thursday for some 6x6s and 2x6s. He guaranteed me that they would be delivered on Friday. It didn't show up until Tuesday. When I talked to their team about this no one apologized for anything. Once the material was received, we noticed that 90% of all the 2x6 had rounded edges and tons of exposed bark. I wouldn't even use this stuff for studs. After calling and talking to the store manager about the quality of the 2x6, yet again I received no apology or compensation.
