Me, my husband and toddler came in to have breakfast. We don’t always get out to eat with having a little one, so this was a treat for us. We were sitting at our table, and my husband and I were on our phones using the Cartwheel app planning out our grocery run after breakfast. Our child was in a height chair looking around at everyone and everything. We were doing our thing and minding our own business. Then I heard, clear as day, the woman at the next table say, “why doesn’t she get off her phone and watch her daughter. What a bad mom.” I could not believe my ears, was this woman really judging me?! She was, and continued to talk about me with the other women at her table. I finally looked over and told her I could not believe what she was saying about me, someone she doesn’t even know. I told her she doesn’t know me or how I interact with my daughter, and to judge me as a bad mother felt cruel. After some heated exhange, we wanted to leave or be moved. Thankfully the hostesses, Andrea the restaurant manager and Jessenia our server were incredibly kind and helped move us to a completely different area and new table. They listened as I broke down in tears over what had happened to me. Their care and genuine concern to make our breakfast experience a better one was customer service at its best. We did stay and managed to eat the good food, but that would’ve not been the case had it not been for these incredibly kind iHop employees.
I just want to end by saying, one hears of these types of situations happening but when it’s happening to you, it’s quite a surreal experience. I apologize to any diners that may have been inconvenienced. However, I was not going to stand by and let this woman make me a victim of grown up bullying and harassment. I had to let her know her words and actions were incredibly cruel and unwarranted to me a perfect stranger. I only hope that we as a human race remember that making negative assumptions about each other is a dangerous and ignorant thing to do. I forgive this woman, and I hope she remembers to stop herself before judging another.
Thank you, again to the iHop staff, you reminded me that one unsavory individual does not rule the world. That the love and kindness of perfect strangers is stronger and can...
Read moreRecently, I had the pleasure of dining at IHOP, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The food is absolutely delicious; each dish is prepared to perfection. However, the pancakes are simply the best I have ever had. They are fluffy, flavorful, and always served hot. Whether you're having them with syrup, fruit, or any other topping, they never disappoint.
In addition to the excellent food, the service at IHOP is exceptional. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always ensures that you have everything you need to enjoy your meal. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a warm welcome, and the waitstaff is always ready to assist with any requests or recommendations.
The atmosphere at IHOP is also worth mentioning. It's a cozy and inviting place where you can relax and enjoy your meal with family or friends. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive dining experience.
Overall, IHOP is a fantastic restaurant where you can always count on a satisfying culinary experience. Whether you're there for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality of the food and the level of service are consistently top-notch. I highly recommend IHOP for anyone looking to enjoy a great meal and excellent service.

Read moreThe staff is always so very kind and willing to help with a smile. It's always a comfortable and happy atmosphere and with the pandemic I'm sure it hasn't always been easy on the staff due to possibly other rude customers. Thank you for being able to push on through the difficult times and be able to make us feel welcomed. Only thing that takes away from this review is that occasionally they will mess up small pieces of an order but we're human and mistakes happen. Like yesterday (December 27th, 2021) I ordered scrambled eggs but got I think sunny side up but I could have said something but I'm a shy person and I haven't had my eggs like that in a long time so I tried it and it was perfectly fine. My mom got a Philly cheese steak sandwich and she forgot to ask for provolone cheese but also she wasn't asked what cheese she would have liked on it so that slightly takes away from the experience but not by a lot. Sadly due to the pandemic there isn't the small jar of syrups/sauces where you pour it yourself at the moment but it also helps cut down on waste I could imagine. I wish I could give a 4.5 star instead of...
