I am not one to post any reviews, especially if it's a negative one. However, I feel that I need to express my views on this one. I just ordered a Mediterranean salad with chicken. As you can see from the picture the salad was less than desirable. I thought no problem; they probably didn't know that they were serving old, rotten salad greens. I decided to make the decision to tell them with the intention of warning them so that they don't serve other customers with the bad salad greens. I showed one of the workers and her response was to the effect that she knew and that was how the salad greens came from the bag. No apologies, just that they knew. Now, that is totally unexpectable. They intentionally knew that they were serving me rotten salad and did not give me any options. Management needs to train their employees better. Instead of serving rotten salad, they should have told me prior to serving so that I would have other options to choose from. Better yet, they could have looked out for their customers (me) by picking out the bad greens, or they could have given me the option of replacing the greens with cucumbers or more tomatoes. But they didn't do any of the above. This whole incident signifies that they didn't care about my health and quality of their food. I been in the restaurant business for over 25 years; Noodles and Company management please train your employees better. The notion of treating your customers the way you wanted to be treated is a simple but good measure to assure...
Read moreI recently visited Noodles & Company and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome from the staff. The atmosphere was inviting and cozy, and the aroma of freshly cooked noodles wafting through the air made my mouth water with anticipation.
The menu had so many options to choose from, and it was hard to decide what to order. I ended up going with the Japanese Pan Noodles, which were cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The portion size was generous and filling, yet not too heavy or greasy. I also appreciated the option to customize my meal with different proteins and veggies.
In addition to the food, the service was outstanding. My server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, making recommendations and answering any questions I had. She also kept my drink refilled throughout the meal and checked in with me to ensure everything was to my liking.
The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was also top-notch. The decor was modern and stylish, yet still cozy and inviting. The seating was comfortable and the lighting was just right - not too dim, but also not too bright.
Overall, my experience at Noodles & Company was exceptional. The food, service, and atmosphere all exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal in a welcoming and comfortable...
Read moreNoodles and Company is the premier overpriced eatery for 4 hour old flat pot stickers and salads with 2 noodles in them. Get your order and sit at one of their premium clean-it-yourself tables. Don't worry, they have plenty of free napkins to help you wipe up the crusty marinara sauce for the previous noodle-goers. Another deluxe feature onsite is the customizable soda machine, and you only have to wait for the 10 year old in front of you to try every combination of sprite and coca cola there is! Your meal is prepared by teenagers without gloves who havent washed their hands since the shower they took the night before and delivered straight to your table after sitting for only 20 mins after being made. When you're done with your meal just put your eating utensils in the overflowing dirty dish container and appreciate the jenga-like challenge of balancing your bowl on the stack.
