I will say this location I have never been more disappointed... No one greets you like they're supposed to when you walk in no one helped me no one asked if I needed any help finding anything in the only time that someone spoke to me was when I walked to the counter to ask if I can try something on. The girl that put me in a room smiled and basically wrote my name on the door like they do and that was that she never came back to check on me to see how things were going if I needed another size and anything and I just cannot believe the service they were just talking amongst themselves not interacting with the customers at all and everyone seem to be in a good mood but I've never been in any of their stores and have never had anything but exceptional service so this is very shocking to me and I guess I'm just not okay with that. So what are you doing you go to another location that I had to drive 15 minutes out of my way to go and get what I needed but I know the service where I'm going which is the Mall of America location will be everything that I'm expecting it to be and I will definitely be giving much...

Worst customer service & return policies. They don’t carry a variety of jean sizing in store (no short or size above 12) so you are forced to order online and then they have very inconsistent return policies. I returned half of my online order that came and didn’t fit last week and it was painstakingly slow but refunded and brought the other items today that didn’t fit and was told I can’t return them in store and have to mail them in and it will take two weeks to refund. The employee kept raising the level of her voice as if I couldn’t understand what she was saying. I told her I just returned half of this same order last week and she said “well then the employee did it wrong”. If you don’t stock sizing and then make returns as cumbersome as possible (only store credit if returned in person) people won’t buy...

This used to be one of my favorite stores to shop. This location has gone downhill in the last few months. I have been in 3 times in the last 2 weeks, and haven’t been greeted, checked in on, or even glanced at on any of those occasions. This used to be a fun, friendly location; but now when you walk in it’s a quiet, almost tense vibe. The employees aren’t even speaking to each other; who wants to shop in that atmosphere? I have the store card and because of the additional cardholder discount, this is where I buy the majority of my clothing. I left all 3 times empty handed. Super disappointed. Looks like I will be going out of my way to shop a different location, because this one is no longer getting any...
