Sold me the wrong part…. After explaining to them my application was diesel. They gave me a gasoline part. That’s ok stuff happens I took it back to return it.didn’t have the card with me so they could not refund my money. I’m 12 miles from here they would not give me a cash return. Out of the 4 O'Reilly's in the high desert area that I have visited, the AV hwy 18 store is hands down the best. The people who work there are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and always willing to do what ever it takes to get you the parts you need. For some strange reason every employee I have dealt with at this store has the ability to do two things at once. That is a skill that is rapidly disappearing from our workforce. Everyone here is great. Most helpful friendly and knowledgeable for me has always been Deanna. And she has a wonderful sense of humor...

First off..I waited three days for a air filter. They never bothered to call me when it came in..I have no idea why. When I went to pick it up..the woman was rude and handed me the air filter. I get it home and it was badly damaged. My bf took it back the next day and asked for the manager..he was eating lunch. The girl at the desk apologized and refunded the money on the card.
