A.V. Smoke Shop — Local services in Apple Valley

So I bought an item over here a while back. The item was defective, so I decided to return it and asked for a refund. The person that was present at that time asked the owner (maybe)or manager, if I can get a refund. The store owner/manager (not sure who he is) told the person that was helping me to give me a 14.99 store credit. The guy who helped me gave a business card and wrote the amount and signed it himself. I came back today, and they did not honor it because there was no date. How will that person know what to write if the Manger or owner did not tell him what info to write to prevent future issues in the first place? So basically I was just robbed by this store. Anyway he (the person on the other line) told the man who's working is for me to come back tomorrow at noon, thinking that I don't have a job to go to. I will never come back here. I have no problem with the store workers at all, they are super friendly, that's why I was calm when I presented my problem. I'm just very disappointed. Update: Funny how they have time to reply to my review after midnight but said I have to wait 3 days to possibly get a refund because the "boss" won't be there until Monday. And for the record, yes their employee lied to me saying that my cartridge was bad when clearly the battery they sold me was the problem. I threw out a perfectly good cartridge because I was dumb enough to believe the people who work here. Won't be making that mistake again

Really liked this place, it’s true overpriced for vapes for sure. My issue was the last time I went there, it was an older man who was sevicing the counter. I waited for a while for him to serve the man in front of me but and then it’s my turn finally and I’m asking him questions trying to make a decision about which geek bar I wanted to do and he’s trying to upsale me, sure. But then this other man walks in and waits like 2.5 seconds in line and he goes to help him right when I’m trying to tell him I just want the first pick and to just check out.
