Dont waste you money!! Your better off paying a little more and actually get your item rather than losing all your money and not ever getting I no what you were trying to buy!I ordered an xbox from gamestop.com , paid $250. That was Nov 25. They chose to ship it on the 28 with a shady company named LSO Shipping. Every review of them say really bad things. Well I have had the same experience all those others did. They last scanned my xbox on Nov 28 and said attempted but in Texas No it wasn't ever attempted because I don't live in Texas! And then I called them. No one ever answers so I call gamestop after 45 min someone comes on the line and eventually tells me he is shipping me out another xbox and it will be with a reputable shipping company and will be on my doorstep within 4 days guaranteed. He also said he was sending me a confirmation to my email which was suppose to come in 20 min at the most. Will it still hasn't come and neither...

Shouldn't even give them a Star. Worst place ever had to call corporate on them they stole $30 on a pre order I had pre ordered Battlefield 1. Sowing me stuff on computer that I've never ordered then manager after an hour in the back shows me the computer screen says I cancelled I've never cancelled it . He was probobly in the back changing stuff around. They didn't even have my address correct.And I even showed them a reciept of the pre order. Then after o leave 20 minutes later they had the audacity to call me and say my game is ready to pick up from pre order and I hear one of the coworkers Laughing in the background. GameXchange is where everyone in Ardmore Oklahoma should go there they are kind and polite. I will be getting my refund...

He has checked back over and over only to be told it was sent out for repair. We called “Nick” at GameStop in Ardmore and were told they stopped doing repairs 2 yrs ago and that his computer doesn’t go back that far yet he could find my grandsons name and a note that is couldn’t be repaired.
