The first thing you notice when you walk through the doors is how good the food smells. The restaurant was very bright and clean and you can see the food being prepared by glove wearing staff. The restroom was also very clean.

The food was amazing. Both me, my wife and son were very happy with the meal. I am currently eating low carb and was able to order a grilled steak skewer starter and Pho soup without the noodles. They even substituted the noodles with bean sprouts so it made a very low carb enjoyable meal.

My wife had shrimp and a sandwich. My son, the dumplings. We loved all of the flavors. The server was polite and attentive and checked on us often.

We ordered a few items to try on our first visit- everything was well prepared and done very quickly- not too fast because it was fresh , but just the right amount of time. The staff member who greeted me was very polite and personable. He came around the counter to greet me and took my order as well as pointed out the new menu items. Let’s talk about the pho inspired brisket tacos! Oh my- so good. The pho flavor really came through - great fete of fusion. I ordered some raw beef pho- it was very good as well- the Pho broth did tastes to me like it had some Chinese 5 spice in it- normally that is not a flavor I enjoy but it worked here- not too heavy of a flavor but distinct.
