After canceling my free trial and rescheduling so many times because of a busy schedule I finally went in. I didn’t get to meet her but I want to thank Carola for being so kind, persistent and great at responding. I went on Monday afternoon and had a nice 30 min workout session. My trainer Sophia was super nice, great at coaching and even better at motivating. Before we started, she asked me why I chose that gym over a regular gym with equipment and I told her it’s because if I don’t have structure I will halfway do a workout and that will get me nowhere. The only reason I decided to join right on the spot versus going home and thinking about it is because I felt heard. My trainer heard me when I told her I needed someone to push me. My trainer heard me when I told her I needed someone to tell me how to work out and she heard me when I told her I liked being told how to improve my technique to maximize the outcome but reduce the risk of injury.    Read moreCan't recommend this place enough!! I love the flexibility of being able to come in whenever I want, and the workout community is friendly and supportive. All trainers are kind, helpful, motivating, and knowledgeable. They help me with my form and keep me pushing myself!! I was mainly worried about getting bored with the workout because it is the same setup every time you go, but apparently I never get tired of hitting things (constructively, of course!). Also, there are modifications to each exercise so that once you master the basic, you can push yourself to the next level. I am feeling stronger every day, I have more energy, and honestly it's been like therapy for me. Very very glad I signed up!

I had no idea what to expect when I walked in - I had never done any boxing at all nor had I ever used this kind of equipment- but the trainers made me feel welcome and comfortable from day 1. The owner and trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! It doesn’t matter if you have no experience, you will feel like an expert after your first session. The equipment is CLEAN!!!!! The trainers come right behind you and spray down the pads when you are done with a station. The workout moves fast: After a warm-up, 13 stations, 2mins each. Super fun full-body workout of kicking and punching interspersed with abs and glutes, totally gets your heart rate UP and your core solid.
