Read moreElin Fitness is a great gym/company to work with. Elin has the best trainers. In particular, Joe, my trainer, is amazing. His knowledge and skill set are amazing. My workouts are dynamic, diverse, and hard (this is a good thing). He shows me form so that I don't injure myself. He encourages me and pushes me. I've lost a great amount of weight. Because of Joe and his knowledge, I'm gaining muscle (hello quads!). My dog and cat even like Joe. My upper body has been my weakest point when working out but I can tell my shoulders, biceps, and triceps are getting stronger. Last and certainly not least, Joe got me to do something that I absolutely hate. He got me to do burpees!!!!! As a matter of fact, I've done 30!!! Now, that alone makes him a damn great trainer. His exercise routines are never the same (we train twice a week with him) and he is careful to tailor each exercise to our specific needs. His ideas are innovative and his routines ensure that over the course of a month all muscle groups are given a thorough workout. If one of us complains of aches and pains (at our advanced age, that tends to be often!), he adjusts the routine to resolve the problem.
