If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! First of all, Mr. Ohan Balanian is seriously one of the nicest people I have met. I have bought three pairs of glasses from him so far. He is so calm, and honest, and helped each time to choose the right glasses for my face. I am an indecisive person in all aspects of my life. I wish he could help me make decisions daily! His glasses are top notch, stylish, and super comfortable. There is easy parking, too. My glasses were ready really quickly. The last thing that I want to add is really sweet. When I was in the boutique four years ago, when I bought my first two pairs of glasses, a man walked in. He had been riding his bike. He told Mr. Balanian that he just wanted to stop in to thank him so much for his glasses. The man even gave Mr. Balanian a hug! And I just remembered that when I was in the boutique two weeks ago, I didn’t have a quarter for the meter. Mr. Balanian came outside and put a quarter into the meter for me! As I said, he...

I can’t recommend more highly. I purchased my last four pairs of glasses here. Ohan is helpful and professional, but he’s also an extremely nice person - and very patient in helping me decide, which is a laughably arduous process.

A couple years ago I was leaving in a few days for a month long trip and realized my backup glasses had an old prescription. I called him and he had an array of frames he thought I’d like out when I arrived. He hooked me up with the perfect pair in record time and the price was more than fair.
