For starters the dumplings were amazing!! A bit small but flavorful and perfect. The lemon ginger iced tea was SOOOO good and refreshing. The kimchi and seaweed combination was epic and very costly! We ordered some bulgogi to take home because we enjoyed it so much. Thank god we weren’t out of town era traveling because there was NO utensils or napkins in the bag. I would have given 5 stars but took away one star due to the attitude of the female server who wasn’t pleasant at all. She had an attitude bringing out the food and really ignorant when explaining the menu which we didn’t ask for. Upon entry she just wasn’t warm at all. The male server was cool although he needed a lesson on Customer service as well he still was a more friendly than the girl. Other than that this place would get a 5 star. If you’re into Korean I’d definitely recommend this place for a bite to eat!

I didn't have a good experience at woori. It was my second time there and the service was even worse this time. There was only one other table when we ordered, and for some reason, we waited over a half hour before we got our potato seafood pancake. Then, another 15 minutes before we received side dishes. I'm not sure why they couldn't have brought it out sooner. Then, we didn't get our entrees for another 15-20 minutes. I'm not quite sure what the hold up was. But it took over an hour before we received our entrees. I would have been more ok with a delay had they been more attentive or if they were really busy. My daughter (1) was starving. And we ordered two grilled dishes but only received one set of sauce (tiny amount) and lettuce for the wrap. I then proceed to request more sauce and they did not bring it over. Initially water refill was not done until after half hour that we were there. The food was mediocre. The tofu soup and japchae was pretty good, but the potato seafood pancake was so salty (not using dipping sauce). Portions were also very small. Especially when you consider price. I will not be coming back. I was pretty disappointed.

I've been coming here for years because the food is exceptional. Pound for pound the best Korean restaurant north of Boston. But at this point something needs to be said about the value. The portions are comically tiny and I'm getting the impression the ownership is just cheap AF. Like, really, they are meme-worthy. See attached photo of an accompanying dipping sauce for a potato pancake. No, that's not what the cup looks like after I finished...That's what they actually gave me, and this is clearly intentional. Even before this, I remember dining in once and me and my entire party were FREEZING because the heat wasn't on. I think they just expected the ambient heat of the kitchen and the customers to be enough. Absolutely ridiculous. Even the "entrees" come in little appetizer-size containers. $20 for a few slices of grilled pork belly? You have to be kidding me. I'm surprised they don't charge for tap water. Their cheapo antics are going to bite them soon, especially in this economy.

Woori Korean Restaurant is a small neighborhood spot focused on flavor, recommended by a friend who visits regularly. He ordered 김말이 as an appetizer, which was very tasty with an excellently flavored sauce. I ordered his favorite dish, squid bibimbap. The taste of the bibimbap was outstanding, looking both healthy and delicious. The container was also unique. There were four small side dishes that seemed unique to this restaurant, and everything was tasty. I rarely find these side dishes in other Korean restaurants. He also ordered 고구마탕 for dessert, which was unique and tasted like potato chips. It was an excellent dining experience.

2019 take out review: very disappointed about the portions i received. Quality great as usual. But take out portions are way too small. Paid $62 for 3 entrees dinner time and felt ripped off. They fill the box up (except for the rice) but those take out boxes are TINY. What's funny is that the mini rice boxes are just half filled. The kalbi and pork bulgogi take out boxes sizes were like only 7x5in size! Not worth it for take out. You'll prob get more meat in restaurant instead 2017 in restaurant review: food did not disappoint. portions are not small but not too big (just right). i do find it a bit pricey though.
