I can't say enough good things about PlaynPup! Ollie, my 7-year-old chocolate lab, started going to PlaynPup soon after it opened two years ago, and it has been a wonderful experience for both him and me. He loves playing with all his doggie daycare friends, and I love knowing that he is safe and being taken care of by the best of the best. Ollie has learned the word daycare, and he excitedly runs to the door to leave for daycare whenever he hears me say it!

The PlaynPup team is truly special. They are well-trained, knowledgeable, compassionate, friendly, and always upbeat. I love coming to pick Ollie up because I know I will be greeted by a friendly face - a special shout-out to team members Joe, Chris, and Kianna, who often have a picture, a video, or a funny anecdote to share with me about Ollie's day.

PlaynPup caters not only to the dogs, but also to the dog parents! I met Daria, the owner of PlaynPup, through her first company, StrutnPup. I have grown to trust her, and she has made PlaynPup a safe place where I can leave Ollie for the day and not have to worry about his care. Matheus, the logistics manager, is so kind and helpful. He makes scheduling a breeze and is always available via the app to answer questions or make scheduling changes. The location is ideal, and the facility is beautiful and always clean.

Ollie is terrified of thunder, so one of the things I was worried about at the beginning was leaving Ollie at daycare when there was thunder in the forecast. Daria assured me that they would take good care of him during a storm. They have a quiet room with some crates and places to lie down if he feels the need to hide. However, she said they love to crank up the music and have dance parties during thunderstorms to lessen the anxiety for all the dogs and have some fun!

I decided to take my dog here for socialization. When I arrived I was greeted with such positivity. The staff was emanating happiness and instantly wanted to meet and say hello to my pup. I was given a detailed rundown of their services, and felt very confident that my dog was going to be well cared for. My instincts were right! My dog has grown immensely socially since attending. We even get the occasional update and photos of their play and day at daycare. Upon pickup, the staff always lets me know how she did. My dog literally KNOWS the days she goes, and wakes up so excited and can't wait to arrive. I highly recommend them to anyone interested in dog daycare or walking in the Arlington area. We absolutely love PlaynPup!!! We have brought our dog here for Doggie Daycare and to socialize her with other dogs for 2+ years. As soon as we arrive, our dog pulls us inside because she is so excited to be there and can't wait to play with all her friends. The whole staff is great, super friendly, and is great with communication! They always greet you with a smile and let you know how your dog has been and what she has been up to for the day. Our dog always come home happy, with a wagging tail, and then passes out from how much fun she has had. We have also boarded with them as well and would highly recommend this service as well.
