I am writing this review with extreme anger . We a company order lunch online and received a confirmation email explaining they receive my order and that if we had any questions to contact the restaurant. I reached out after an hour and half there was still no ordered the women who answered the phone was very rude and stated she didn't have our order. i checked my cc and the money had been removed from my account. I called back they told me my card "no good" and refused to help me. I explained over and over the money had been removed they are refusing to help me in anyway and or deliver food. i have a whole office out of food and a cc with money removed. This is poor customer service every single time we order from this place its always late and cold.. I am just stating buyer be ware...After speaking with the Owner about the women who answered the phone the wife called back and started questioning me about her attitude I explained to this women the way you people handled the situation was not professional and the way your asking right now is not professional i explained to her she is being very rude. she laughed at me and told me"Your option" i explained to her again I will not order food from you again. We are in a very large office building I will make sure that noone in this building orders again for you and laughed and hung up on me.. I can promise you don't order food from these people the food is not great either never on time and crazy...
Read moreThis establishment has been here for several years. Eateries have come and gone in Arlington with ever-increasing speed but this pizzeria has endured. It's a testament to the dedication and devotion of the passion for the craft the family who owns this establishment holds for the fare they serve. And as other Arlingtonians have done, you too should take notice. What's best is the quality, and the consistency of it. You know you're going to get a delicious pizza from here, any time you order. Milan", for example, has fresh basil and real prosciutto. And they make their own ranch & blue cheese dressings - to die for when ordering wings. Their chicken salad is a surprising hit, and it, like a lot of other fare offered, is made from scratch. Is it Top of the Hub? Meyers + Chang? No, but I am happy to pay $20-30 for a meal here that's going to satisfy me in a genuine, home-cooked comfort food sort of way multiple times a month, rather than pay $100+ for an overhyped portion-for-ants gastronomic haute cuisine "experience" that I might only do once a year. Which meal is going to be more satisfying? I'll let you figure that...
