I guess I'll start off by saying I used to always shop in the store and I stopped for a while because some things they had was not the greatest and they used to have their point system working so the more things you buy the more points you got to get a percentage off and no longer have it they always say they was going to get it back up and never did after years I spent over thousands of dollars in the store I recently went back in there the other day and there was some new staff that did not really seem to know a lot of information i'm very disappointed in this store I would never come back in this store again I told the lady twice on what toy I wanted and still got given the wrong thing and call the manager to let her know still was no help there was nothing that they can do about it went back to buy the right one and just out of $100 there was nothing that the manager would do about it she was really no help I tried to go above her but would not give me no information on the owner but I would never come back in the store hopefully owner will...

Came from Adam and Eve because they had a product out of stock, came here and looked at the price and was shocked at how much they overcharge, the employee came up and asked if I “gawked at the price” and I was just explaining it was cheaper online to which she said “well it’s online prices” which is understandable but I also explained I had got it across the street at Adam and Eve for WAY cheaper to which she said “well, it’s Adam and Eve”. ANDDD? it’s the same product and was probably priced 40-50 more here. Honestly just thought she was rude…the employees at Adam and Eve are way better, they make u smile and joke around and help u find products. Will never come again or recommend this...

Bought 2 products and spent over $500 and one of them a $200 product didn’t work at all. I went in and the older lady working probably named Karen was immediately rude to us before we even discussed the issue and basically said get out of my store and good luck getting the manufacturer to warranty it.

My girlfriend and myself were taken quite of guard because our previous visit when we purchased the product was so fantastic thanks to the 2 young black women that helped us.
