The selection is immensely diverse, unique and vast, the staff however..... was one I had NEVER experienced before.. From the moment you walk into the door a staff member demands to see your ID which isn't a problem, I'm 19 years old. Unfortunately I had recently lost my state ID but, I have two (2!!!!!) forms of backup identification. I have a paper ID from the state/DMV and also a medical marijuana card. When I presented these he acted like I was an idiot he berated me and treated me as if I was well stupid asking me "Ummmm do you have I don't know a state ID?" with an incredibly degrading and sarcastic tone. I stated "no I recently lost my hard copy ID" obviously if I'm handing you two other forms of identification I do not have my hard copy state ID with me. After he stared at both back up forms of identification for about 5 minutes he let me into the store and proceeded to tell me, "make my self at home" I let it go just wanting to find myself a new "water pipe". Then the entire time my boyfriend and I were in the store we were being followed literally on the heels by an employee. I honestly felt like I was a criminal being thoroughly watched and they were waiting for me to bust through the glass casing that contained every product in their store.... (no one could steal there if they tried everything is locked away) They listened to all our conversations butting in and shoving their own personal knowledge down our throats constantly asking what we like and if there is anything they could show us. I nor my boyfriend ever once asked for help. It was my first time in the store all I wanted was to peacefully look around. Any time I spoke aloud they rudely and defensively corrected me again throwing their wisdom at my face making me feel uncomfortable stupid and unwelcome. I just wanted to leave after 10 minutes of being there...... The staff is incredibly knowledgable on their products but very inefficient in customer care. I am very disappointed and will never return the entire situation made me extremely...

Great place to go for just about any of your smoking needs. Staff is very knowledgeable and the owner is just as great. Nice selection on everything also enjoy the special events they throw. Event coming up April 21 i attend every year awesome glass maker stabby joe will be there one event I always look forward too. Norml discount if you’re a member btw. The staff here is a very rare breed. They care about their customer base on a level of you are an actual Guest in their house and are treated like a member of the family from the moment you walk in the store. They also have a great glass selection and are willing to take the time to explain to you the various features of any glass piece that you might even show the slightest interest in.
