ABC Seafood — Restaurant in Arlington

This is the worst dim sum restaurant I have ever been to! Horrible service and the restaurant smells horrible. The first thing you will see is the dirty unclean fish tanks and the smell of cockroach spray. Once we sat down we realize the tables are sticky and dirty. Their bathrooms are so dirty that we decided just to not use it. Our server snapped at us and was mad we ordered something that was only served only on the weekend. She yelled and was impatient when I asked a few questions about the menu. The final straw was when she was not only rude to me but impatiently made a really rude remark to my Sifu and I knew that we just had to go. My parents owns a successful Chinese restaunt in KC and the restaurant has been in bussiness for almost 30 years and my husband and I plan on taking it over. I know what it takes to run a successful Chinese restaurant and I am shocked to see how a Chinese restaurant as horrible as this is still open. My honest advice is they should really clean up this restaunt and really teach their employees to not snap or be impatient with customers. It's too bad we didn't even get a chance to order but maybe it's for the best because I don't want to get sick. We have tried Hong Kong Royal just yesterday and I highly recommend that place! Excellent food! Go for the dim sum menu, and share your selections. I have taken my fiancee here and we both love it. If you love your lady, bring her here for lunch or dinner. The service is good, and you will be back. I'm going to order extra, to go, next time. One of the best seafood places I've been to, and I'm from the coast. The cost of eating here is a lot less than I expected, given the quality of the food. You'll never go to another buffet. I just was here 7/24/19, with my nephew from Houston, who is a chef in demand there. He loved the dim sum. He ordered seconds on one of the selections. We were visiting between his test at the stadium, for a position at UH, and his flight back to Houston. I think we ordered seven different selections, in all. first time here. called to place an order, lady was quite rude. wanted mongolian beef w fried rice and an order of deep fried dumplings. lady acted like she didn’t know what i was talking about. finally settled on an order. i knew she got it wrong but i was tired of fighting w her. at the end she asked me firmly “when are you picking up” i told her in about 10 minutes, and she said “bye”. got there and i was greeted by a much kinder lady, then i went to the counter and my order was $17.54. i asked if there were no lunch specials today. same lady that took my phone order laughed and said “it’s the weekend there’s no lunch special” as if i was supposed to know that already. got home to find regular pot stickers instead of deep fried (which i was expecting bc i knew she got that wrong) and my mongolian beef stir fry paired with regular steamed rice. utensils and napkins were also not provided. food is still decent, just not what i wanted. maybe the dine-in dim sum...
