(Arlington location) No sizes marked on 90% of clothes. I totally missed the fitting room hidden in the corner so I ask about return policy. They say with Receipt within 14 days refunds on returned items. After checkout there's no tags left on the clothes. This concerned me but after taking them home and trying them all on I go to return 5 items. First off, "All pants and leggings are final sales, no returns." (First I heard this) It took me 30 mins to convince this CS lady that I didn't wash or wear the clothes then another 30 mins arguing with her what each price matched each clothing. She walked around the store forever trying to find the pricing (matching my receipt with clothing even tho I could easily tell her!) then comes back telling me these clothes I'm returning were on sale. Ummm no! We had a run around that almost became a throw down!! She kept smelling the shirts telling me they smell like softener!! Then she brought another completely different shirt, solid black and mine was faded black, to show me what the tag on the inside of the clothing looks like before they're washed!! 'I was furious! I told her you can't compare these two different items and think I'm going to waste my day trying to scam you out of my money! I got $97 back when I should have gotten $120 back but I was done. I didn't want to be arrested for punching her in the throat so I just said...

First time coming to this location. Store has a lot of selection. One of the ladies was kind when showing me rings. A different lady helped me at check out... I decided not to take 4 of the earrings out of the other 6 items that I had and the lady smacked her mouth when I told her that I wasn't going to take 4 earrings. As she was removing them from the total she was making noises as if she was upset that I asked her to remove the 4 earrings. I payed my total at the end and then she automatically starts talking to a different customer on the other side without saying anything. I wait patiently and she then says I'm done. So I grab the bag with the items I purchased. I Didn't like the check out service, but if I go back I'll just make sure to go with the lady that was kind. Since she works there she shouldn't be smaking her mouth or complaining when someone decides to leave some items, that's just rude. Thank you to the other lady...

DONT SHOP HERE PRICE SWITCHER ALERT!! My mom and I went to buy luggage for an upcoming trip and we both found luggage that was on a high self we loved. I went to the front and spoke with the cashier who said the price was $118 for each. The guy comes from the back to get the luggage down as we are walking I mention the price and how cute for my vacation he then says oh these are $140 plus tax. I tell him what the lady upfront just said which was $118 and he says she doesn't know what's she's talking about I reconfirm because she said it matter of fact but he insists she's wrong. We still want to purchase so he proceeds to get the luggage down. As he's getting it down he RIPS the PRICE TAG off and sticks it in his pocket! My mom called him out on it and he just looks like he's busted. I don't know if it's because we were African Americans or the fact he thought he could just get over. Either way stay away...
