This outlet store offers an extensive selection of appliances, including ovens, refrigerators, washing machines, and dryers. In addition to these larger items, they also carry smaller electronics like monitors, vacuum cleaners, and laptops. The sheer variety of products available is impressive.
Pricing is somewhat inconsistent; while some items are genuinely a bargain, others are only slightly discounted compared to new products. As the Romans used to say, "caveat emptor" – let the buyer beware. It's important to carefully compare prices before making a purchase.
Despite the variable pricing, the employees were invariably helpful and attentive. We were assisted by several staff members who went out of their way to make our experience more pleasant. They allowed us to thoroughly examine and test items, and were even happy to open boxes for us. This level of customer service was a welcome change.
Even the return experience was noticeably better than in other stores we've visited. This made us feel more confident in our purchases, knowing that returns would be handled smoothly.
Overall, this outlet offers a wide range of products with some good deals to be found, but it's important to be a discerning shopper. The exceptional customer service, both during the buying process and with returns, is a definite strength of this establishment.
As ordinary consumers, we are not paid or compensated in any way for this review. We are always looking for reliable and transparent businesses and hope the owner will take this feedback into...
Read moreI bought a range from them. It said nothing was missing. When the guys loaded it into my truck they just placed a stove in my truck bed without wrapping it in any bubblewrap or placing any protective corners on the stove at all. The also did not include the owner's manual. When I alerted them of this they said they were out of shrinkwrap and the manual was missing. I walked in to speak with the manager and there was a large roll of shrinkwrap on the floor near the door. I asked the manager could I please use it to wrap up my range and she said yes that is what it is for. I then asked her about the missing manual. I showed her the written note in the store notating that the item was not missing anything. She said she could printout a manual for me. SO I walked out to my truck and wrapped the range. I came back into the store and gave her the shrinkwrap and she gave me a printed manual. A few weeks late I got a voicemail from someone named Isabelle or Isan. "Hi, my name is Isan. I'm actually calling from the Best Buy outlet. Um, if you can please give me a call back, thank you." I tried eight times to return the call but the first seven I got kicked out of the system because you have to have a reason to call in to the Best Buy Outlet in Arlington. The person that called me did not leave a reason for me to call her back so I had no reason. And on the last time a gentleman by the name of Hen hung up on me after verifying my account and saying he would get her for me. It is not a good place to do business...

Well, today I went to pick up the TV at this Arlington Best Buy Outlet location and lo and behold, all of the accessories were missing. Of course, I didn't know this at the time of pickup, but when I asked Emilio (the tech who brought the item to my car), he said to just go to the nearest best buy to handle any issues.
When I went to my local best buy (over 1hr away from Arlington), the GM there told me that I had to handle any issues at the original location where the item was purchased.
I'm sorely disappointed in this particular location as items are not as advertised. The "Excellent" condition TV did not include a remote, the Frame, or the mounting kit, all of which are supposedly included in "Excellent" refurbished Best Buy standards. I felt ripped off...
