They never have what I need and are always poorly stocked. I'm so disappointed by the variety of products they have, given the size of the store (I don't think this store is that small. I've seen smaller stores with a lot more variety of products) The employees are also not helpful and often lack of good customer service. When I asked for an item, they didn't bother to check the inventory and just said they "think" they don't have it. The one standing at the self check out station was not doing their job. Empty baskets from customers before me were left on the counter so I had to put them away to put mine while the employee was right next to me, just watching me doing what I believe should be their job. I remember staff at other locations always took care of left behind baskets so customers didn't have to bother, so this was a bizarre experience for me. I do love Target in general and never had a bad experience at other places, so it's so unfortunate that every visit to this store is...
Read moreSmall Target located in PENTAGON ROW. Not a large selection of ANYTHING. But at least they seemed to get rid of the Prairie Dresses they had at first. My favorite part of TARGET is the playground! HOWEVER this Playground is just plain SAD. It appears to be an afterthought not a highlight. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. This store feels like the unwanted, red headed, Step child. It is clean, but feels like corporate just threw it in there to make their presence known. This is a VERY AFFLUENT AREA. People love Target cause it is quick and easy to shop in. So why does Corporate seem to ignore it? Stock women's clothes that we might actually wear. I could care less about the groceries. There is a Harris Teeter next door. I want to see more Clothing, Shoes, Home decor, etc. You know, the reason People fell in Love with Target to begin with! Come on Target Corporate folks, You can do much, much better than this. THIS IS...
Read moreDuring my visit today, I was being followed through the aisles by a female employee with blonde hair, who continued to observe me from that point to the register area. This behavior made me feel uncomfortable and gave the impression that I was being singled out and profiled.
I want to emphasize that such experiences can be perceived as racial profiling, which is profoundly troubling and inconsistent with the values of respect, inclusion, and fairness that Target promotes. As a customer, I believe everyone should be able to shop without feeling targeted, monitored, or judged.
I respectfully ask that Target review this incident and take the necessary steps to ensure that all employees are reminded of company policies regarding respectful treatment of guests. I hope that corrective measures will be taken so that similar situations with minorities...
