WeWork Office Space & Coworking — Local services in Arlington

I have a WeWork Global Access Membership through American Express and since the location at 1201 Wilson opened this past summer it’s been my main office.

It’s an absolutely gorgeous space with three floors at the top of the Central Place Tower (tallest building in the DC Metro Area). With floor to ceiling windows it affords fantastic panoramic views of almost the entire city as well as a roof deck to sit and work outside on nice days. The design inside is a more industrial, modern feel that matches the Rosslyn aesthetic pretty well - lots of people in both business attire and much more casual wear.

The space never really seems to be close to capacity I think given that there are already so many existing office spaces nearby. That being said, other members and I have both had front desk staff give more stern direction on booking desks in advance. The 1201 location is my only point of reference but my colleague who works out of other locations was a bit taken aback and said that the other DC locations seem to be much more casual and have a warmer vibe.

That being said, the staff does a wonderful job with programming and with communication on upcoming events, giveaways, and social events.

Location has an electronic hot coffee machine, nitro on tap, some strange nitro tea, flavored fruit water, and a few other offerings.

The common spaces as well as the bathrooms are kept in great shape.

I've been to a lot of WeWork office, and this one is particularly amazing. The WeWork Community team and front desk is on Floor #27. When you step off the elevator, there's a gorgeous view overlooking National Mall and Washington DC. There's a clear view of the major monuments and Potomac River. The staff here are friendly and welcoming. Jeri, the Community Manager, is amazing - helpful and on top of things. The WeWork members working out of this space have been friendly too. There are ample conference rooms. There's phone booths for private calls and lots of soft seating throughout communal areas on multiple floors. They have complimentary Nitro Cold Brew on tap and as well as a fully automatic espresso machine. The only complaint I've heard is that parking can be expensive/difficult in Rosslyn. That said, the public transportation options to Rosslyn are abundant, so it shouldn't be a problem getting here. This location has my highest...

Amazing views of DC and the monuments from our office. Absolutely gorgeous office space with the friendliest staff.
