We got there about an hour before they closed, my wife and I were the only guest eating a meal. We was to order our drinks (Lemonade w/ flavors). So the server goes to the back for a second then comes back and says "since we're about to close we're not making anymore of the drinks you want" I said you still have an hour before you close. He said I feel you but we are not making anymore. At that time I wanted to leave but my wife hadn't eaten anything since 12 noon so she was hungry. The food we ordered was cold and it seemed like we were being rushed to finish so they could go home actually there was one redheaded black guy singing "we're about to close" I was done after that. Safe to say we will not be going to that Ruby...

3☆ Wasn't great and didn't suck:-/... We were shuttled over the metro station by our wonderful accommodations from our Hotel. This place is full of businesses and not necessarily for tourist shopping as we were looking for.. Hence the three star rating.. :-/ Its okay.. We walked in, and, then walked out... I think it has to be what you need in it = then it is probably a 4-5 star place.. Overall, Seemed clean, pleasant... Just not what we needed then;-).. Yes recommend - just not for weekday tourist shopping :-).. But, is a must location in...
