We have ordered here many times and we have always loved it until tonight. The pizza we got was burnt so I called and told them that. The kid working gave the phone to Ashley she said they would make it i Said ok. Then she called me back and said they will make it but they want the old pizza back. I get it people probably do this all the time for free food but as the customer it made me feel like she was calling me a liar. Then she proceeds to tell me "there is nothing wrong with my pizza". I said i didn't want to wait an hour for another pizza since this was my sons pizza. She called me a liar then saying it didn't take thay long. When I ordered at 545 and we received it at 714. She just argued with me over it and it was just crazy to me. I'll never order from there again. Which is sad because we do love it so much. (Photos are the first pizza I got and the pizza that was delivered after by Ashley still with an attitude.)

After continually being disappointed with the major local St. Louis pizza chain I vowed to try something else nearby. Ended up picking That'sa Nice'a Pizza. Have ordered twice now. Each time a 14 inch sausage and pepperoni with Provel cheese. Ordering online was easy and there are many ways to order different combinations of pizza. Very hearty pizza with ample amounts of toppings. It was good cold the next morning as well. This is a pick up or delivery kind of place conveniently located off 55 and Vogel. The 14 inch with $2 tip was $20. Plenty for 2 adults.

This is one of the best hole in the wall pizzeria joints in Jefferson County!! If you want real, quality ingredients, look no further. I mean, just look at this Blockbuster pizza I'm eating. Salsiccia, pepperoni, hamburger, ham and bacon, with green peppers & olives added. You can actually recognize the ingredients!! It may cost a little more than those chain pizza places; but you get your money's worth. The staff is friendly and the owner is laid back. Call ahead if you can, because this place be jumping with orders.

Updated review August 2024: This place is going downhill. This was always our favorite pizza. Order placed at 2:50 pm. Said delivery 3:45 pm. It arrived at 4:30. I called at 4:15 checking the status and they said oh it just got out of the oven. I don’t believe that for one minute and i’ll tell you why… it arrived not hot and honestly not even warm.... and I live in Arnold. You could tell it had been sitting there a while. Honesty would’ve gone a long way. Maybe you are short delivery drivers, maybe call and tell me rather than my food just sitting there, or wait to make it and call the customer and say it can’t be delivered until 4:30 instead of 3:45. The potato skins were burnt black around the edges and tasted rubbery. For ordering at 2:50 on a weekday, which shouldn’t be a busy time, for it to not come until 4:30 is insane. This place needs a true manager. Maybe they are too focused on the Tesson store and Arnold is paying the price. It’s expensive to eat out and no one wants to pay todays prices unless you are getting good food and good service.

original review from several years ago: No complaints. Only pizza my kids consistently eat everytime. Like the option of provel or mozzarella. Toppings always taste fresh. Can't think of any complaints. Maybe enlarge your dining area and we'd...

2 stars is all this visit was worth.

Our family normally gets pizza hut in Arnold on Friday nights but for whatever reason that store was closed tonight so we had to try something different. Based on Google reviews we decided on That'sa Nice'a Pizza. We ordered 2 "large" pizzas and a salad for $48 at 6 pm and they said the order would be ready at 6:40. Since many places get their orders ready a little early my wife and I arrived at 6:30 and paid for our food....then waited and waited for our food. They finally came out at 6:55 and asked what my name was and what I'm waiting for. The store was very unorganized and not too worried about fulfilling their orders. At 7:10 our food was finally done and we went home, the food was okay....just okay. We received basically 2 medium sized pizzas that they call "large" and a salad for nearly $50 and it wasn't special. For me I'm way better off getting 2 large pizzas at pizza hut for half the price to get more and better food. I am not impressed, won't be going back there...

Just had a driver show up at my house talking smack to my minor child about how he was gonna kick someone's a$$ bc the address for our delivery was communicated incorrectly. We ordered $60 worth of food to be delivered and we were still on our way home from work. We have ordered from this location multiple times, delivered, usually late, but without real issue. We like the food, so we've always just dealt w the lengthy delivery time. My child who received the order is 17 and very capable of accepting an order/signing for it. Our address is stored in their system by phone number. This was an error on their part, not ours. Management called asking for the correct address 2 minutes before we showed up, only to see the driver backing out of our driveway. No one shows up at my door talking $#it to my child, especially if it's an error on the company. I called to speak to management and all they had to say was, "I'll make sure to talk to that driver". Please do better...been in Customer Service for 30 years. This is...
