I cannot speak highly enough about this place! A $15 all-you-can-eat lunch menu for high quality sushi!! And they even include appetizers, soup, and salad in this deal. After tip, we spent $60 on three people for lunch on a recent Monday afternoon. I believe the all-you-can-eat price is $23-$25 on Saturdays and Sundays. Also, I think you have to pay for what you leave uneaten on your plate, so make sure you only order what you can eat. I've been to other Sushi Ai locations in the St. Louis area and their quality just doesn't compare. This location though, I can't get enough of. Unfortunately, it's about 45 minutes from my house. But it's on the way to my mother-in-law's home, so we frequent them on our visits. I always leave feeling sick from overeating, but it's absolutely worth it every time. The honey roll is unique to this restaurant, I don't think I've seen it anywhere else and I highly recommend it. I order the fried philly, a california roll, miso soup, and ginger salad. My husband gets the spicy tuna and honey rolls and gyoza for an appetizer. We're also always more than satisfied with their service. Selinda served me and my pup on my last visit and was excellent, thank you! She kept my dog's water bowl full and gave her lots of lovins. 🐶❤️

Came here with my daughter to try their All-you-can-eat lunch for $14.99/person. The staff were speaking loudly in Chinese and at one point I thought they were arguing. The rolls were overpowered by cream cheese and sour from the saturation of vinegar in the rice. Nothing special and I had better sushi from a grocery store. We did not finished our food and decided on taking it Togo because I don’t like wasting food. The waitress ended up charging us $0.75 per piece of leftover sushi. I read about the “additional charge” on their fine print but did not think they would charge so much for suboptimal sushi. A charge of $0.05 or $0.10 per sushi would have been more appropriate if any. We had 23 piece of sushi we took Togo which equal an extra charge of $17.25. I was unhappy with the charge and the waitress came back with a $7.00 off discount as issued by the “manager” but I still had to pay $10.25 extra for food I didn’t enjoy eating. My daughter and I ended up sick when we got home and had to threw the leftover away. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for sushi. Sushi Ai left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never go back here again or any of their locations.

Arnold is the best sushi ai location - always delicious and consistently good. We come here a few times every month. They do keep it a bit chilly inside so bring a jacket. There’s more parking behind the building and is easier to get out of if you park there instead of out front. Favorites of mine are the yummy roll and the St. Louis roll. Unfortunately yummy roll isn’t on the all you can eat but there’s lots of other good options on there. They do charge for uneaten pieces if you do all you can eat which I’ve seen some other people get justifiably mad about since it’s a bit ridiculous - not something that’s affected me but just a warning to people planning on just trying things out in case you don’t like one of the thing you order. Offering a sampler plate with a few pieces of each type might be a better option to cut down on that issue.

My husband & I had been coming her for a little over a year now. Last month will be the last time either of us will ever frequent this location. The corpulent, blonde haired waitress(corpulent is the best description here as there are 2 other blonde severs at this location),Is beyond inappropriate to how she ‘flirts’ with female patrons. At first we laughed it off as just her bubbly-type personality. But over this past year we have been coming here(yes, I’ve only been here with my husband), she seems to of gotten more aggressive in her flirting almost to the point of predatory in the manner on how she speaks to me. Making our visits there that much more uncomfortable than the last when we get seated in her section. Over this past year everytime my husband would order or he’d make any specific requests, she would always cut him off mid-sentence to talk over him, fails to keep his drink filled, and speaks very short/shallow-down to him. Even something as simple as acknowledging his ‘thank you’ always goes overlooked. I had reported this server to management months ago. It has obviously fallen on deaf ears. So now I will put this here to let other women know that this person does indeed make female customers feel extremely uncomfortable. Harassment isn’t just a one way street. Women can be just as guilty of it as well. Because no one wants to patronize any establishment to be constantly harassed or feel intimidated. No matter how ‘cute’ the perpetrator might think they are trying to be. I just hope in coming forward with this, that they will finally fix this problem; for the food as well as the price at this location, is actually very good. Because in this day & age, a staff member like this can ruin a companies reputation overnight with this type of...

不味い食べ物!!!! This was the worse Japanese Cuisine experience of my life. I grew up locally but have lived all across the West Coast and spent 6 months in Kyoto. I made an order for the Teriyaki Beef and Crab Rangoon as well as a bottle of Sake. It came with white rice and miso soup. My first complaint is even though I picked my food up only 10 minutes after order it was luke warm. They gave me a huge bowl of broccoli and vegetables and 5 tiny strips of dried out beef. I might as well ordered a salad cause most authentic Japanese places give you nothing but chicken or beef. This was my first time ever seeing so much veggies, obviously to be cheap. Second my Crab Rangoon was bland and just not worth the 7.00, it had no real taste. I tried the food and took it back after a few bites. I didn't even want a refund. Also the Sake was not real imported Sake but made in California and a brand I recognize from living there. So I over paid $10 for a grocery store brand of Sake. I seriously do not understand the high reviews of this place. I suggest the Japanese Steak House, HappyWok or any other place further into the city. To have such high rating tells me most people who go here don't even know what authentic Japanese food is. Truly terrible. 1/5 stars. Avoid if your out of town or have common sense. Over priced and...
