If I could leave no stars I would. Rude. Rude. Rude. Impatient. Snarky. Explained something to me in the most difficult possible way, and just kept telling me she couldn’t take off the ATM fee. I wasn’t asking her to take it off. I was trying to offset the fee with cash so the transaction would go through because I’m between paydays. I do this all the time at many different dispos. She was basically yelling at me and kept interrupting me, condescendingly repeating “Ma’’am, ma’am, ma’am”…anytime I tried to speak. All that to finally tell me I just needed to give them .27 cents more than I was giving them in cash to do it the way I wanted to. Instead of simply telling me this to begin with, she treated me like I just wasn’t listening. She then just left the register, & proceeded to stomped off to the back like a child, huffing and groaning like I was the problem. You work in customer service, A. Figure out how to properly and effectively communicate what you’re trying to explain, B. don’t make the customer feel stupid when you’re the one who ISN’T explaining things properly. Proper cannabis is heads above this place in service, friendliness, and in deals, and their points program. I was just going to use the ATM and pay all cash, but I left and went to proper instead. No one deserves to be treated like that. If you can’t properly explain things, and then get mad at the person for not understanding, it’s either time to find a new job, specifically one where you don’t have contact with the public....
Read moreI have to mirror the experience of several folks I have spoken with, NOT a good experience at all. Not friendly, very over-priced! I was a regular customer of the Imperial location, now closed so Good Day could consolidate several stores. The new location is a new construction, spacious, with horrible access on a blind curve in the road. Just opening the door, with only three people in line the setup forces you to wait outside. The greeter was very pleasant. Once inside the dispensary I was informed that a customer can no longer order at the counter & speak to a budtender about selections. Why have budtenders if they can no longer help. The gent on the floor who directed me to the kiosk had little knowledge of the inventory, again why have them there if they cannot help. In the end I made a small overpriced purchase. I will continue to drive the extra few minutes down the road to the competition. Nobody at Good Day introduced them selves by name yet they sent a text asking me to rate the budtender. Know idea who he was. I would suggest everyone avoid this shop. Go down the road a few minutes to a dispensary with much much better service & friendly budtenders who can work with you to get what you want. I will never go back to Good Day Farm, I suggest you avoid...
Read moreShort version: Rude customer service, closed early, canceled my order, will be driving right by this place to go to other dispensaries!
Long version: Well to go along with the rest of the reviews. I am not a fan of the new order through a computer and not get to talk with someone. And yes I feel like prices have gone up.
BUT! This is more about their procedures. Put in an order online and drove to the location. Show up 9:57 yes I know they close at 10:00. But if you are not going to work until your posted closing time then you need to change it! Lost a sale and all future sales from me.
When u approached the door the receptionist just kept yelling through the door that the manager locked it and that is that! Then I said, I put in an online order. He says, yea we cancels it. Ok so you close earlier than posted times, cancel an order without notifying them, AND you are just rude! I know my business is just a drop in the bucket and really won’t cause any change. But I will literally drive WAY out of my way to never do business with GDF again! They used to be my...
