I actually LOVE to eat here! The only reason i’m leaving this review is for a warning. I came in tonight about an hour before they closed. The food was great (as always. However, the two people that were working seemed to clash. The manager, a young guy who was wearing a white blues hat was GREAT! He was probably one of the nicest and fastest workers i’ve encountered here. The second worker seemed to be the issue. He was a bald man who seemed to disagree with how the manager worked. He then proceeded to cause a loud altercation where he was very adamant to let everyone in the place know that he was mad and he didn’t agree with the manager. Both workers apologized however, being in the restaurant industry he needs to understand that this should’ve taken place after we left or at least quietly. Even though the bald man apologized, he then proceeded to continue for the third time about the subject. Read moreAbsolutely horrible sandwich that was made wrong. I ordered literally 10 minutes ago a tuna salad sub on multigrain bread, great right? Other than the fact that it comes to me, absolutely LITTERED in raisins, I mean, so many raisins once I picked them all off, there was half the filling left, and I paid 13 and change for this sandwich, which is not only insane, but they can’t even make it right, there is NO mention of raisins at all in the tuna salad, not even in the picture. Do yourself a favor, and choose another sub shop, if they can’t get a simple tuna salad right, I wouldn’t doubt if they are just churning out wrong sandwiches all day. Read moreTerrible customer service at this location. It's a good thing they have good food because the service was awful. We sent on Sunday (9/20/2020) around 1:45. The girl who took our order didn't look at us and was talking to her computer screen the whole time. The person at the grill was rude to another customer who asked a question. We waited 20+ minutes to get our order while watching them focus on the pinging on the tablet on the counter and fix those orders first. Just a thought, but maybe pay attention to the actual people standing in your store. The mask doesn't exempt you from providing good service to the real-live people who are in the store.
