Let me start off by saying the employees were great. Very nice. Great service. The subs, however, were super tiny. We ordered two 12" subs and one 6" inch. The subs had barely anything of each ingredient on it. Including the meat and cheese. At least they tasted ok. I originally thought they were a good price, but after seeing them, I don't know how people pay for this. They have about a quarter of all the toppings that Subway puts in theirs. They don't look anything close to the pictures posted online. Otherwise, I would have known what to expect. That's a false advertisement. I've eaten here once years ago, and I could have sworn they were a lot bigger. I really don't know what happened. I'll stick with Subway.

Fryer was down. Paid for a large fry (that is $6) but instead of getting a refund, they insisted on 2 bags of chips (thats $3). Took a long time to recieve the food, but did not communicate right away it was because their fryer was down. Employees clearly acted like they didnt want to be there. Maybe pay them a workable wage? But still, not my problem. Annoyed I spent almost $40 on 2 sandwiches and some jank chips. Sandwiches were also wrapped with the paper inside and tasted like it was missing ingredients. Probably wont be back to this location. Yall suck

I love penn station and have been going for 20 years to various restaurants throughout Stl. It’s one of my favorite Philly sandwiches but today at the Arnold location I bought a regular Philly and I got bread, cheese, and a tiny bit of meat. Extremely disappointing… See pic, where is the meat that is supposed to be in the sandwich? I basically looked at a pic (pic of a sandwich in the store) of what a Penn station sandwich is supposed to look like and was disappointed to a new level… terrible…

I actually LOVE to eat here! The only reason i’m leaving this review is for a warning. I came in tonight about an hour before they closed. The food was great (as always. However, the two people that were working seemed to clash. The manager, a young guy who was wearing a white blues hat was GREAT! He was probably one of the nicest and fastest workers i’ve encountered here. The second worker seemed to be the issue. He was a bald man who seemed to disagree with how the manager worked. He then proceeded to cause a loud altercation where he was very adamant to let everyone in the place know that he was mad and he didn’t agree with the manager. Both workers apologized however, being in the restaurant industry he needs to understand that this should’ve taken place after we left or at least quietly. Even though the bald man apologized, he then proceeded to continue for the third time about the subject. This was after we decided to eat inside but as the bald man kept going at the topic we almost left to eat inside our car. Love the place! Love the food! Don’t love...

Absolutely horrible sandwich that was made wrong. I ordered literally 10 minutes ago a tuna salad sub on multigrain bread, great right? Other than the fact that it comes to me, absolutely LITTERED in raisins, I mean, so many raisins once I picked them all off, there was half the filling left, and I paid 13 and change for this sandwich, which is not only insane, but they can’t even make it right, there is NO mention of raisins at all in the tuna salad, not even in the picture. Do yourself a favor, and choose another sub shop, if they can’t get a simple tuna salad right, I wouldn’t doubt if they are just churning out wrong sandwiches all day. I’ll gladly keep this review here so someone can dodge this service unless I am...

Terrible customer service at this location. It's a good thing they have good food because the service was awful. We sent on Sunday (9/20/2020) around 1:45. The girl who took our order didn't look at us and was talking to her computer screen the whole time. The person at the grill was rude to another customer who asked a question. We waited 20+ minutes to get our order while watching them focus on the pinging on the tablet on the counter and fix those orders first. Just a thought, but maybe pay attention to the actual people standing in your store. The mask doesn't exempt you from providing good service to the real-live people who are in the store. My advice to the walk-ins is find a different location to spend...
