Crumbl — Restaurant in Arnold Township

I didn't wait as long as some delivery drivers mention, but damn if it didn't feel like I'd have been helped faster if I were as white as everyone that came in and out while I waited. I thought maybe I was just crazy and my ex was wrong about this town, but after half a dozen white people came in and was provided service. One employee even asked a guy that came in after me if he had a pickup order. He said "no", and I said "I do". She mumbled something and went away, just to come back and continue to ignore me while helping others. The last group of 3 white ladies that showed up were asked if they needed help, given help, and received their orders before they could even finish paying. If that weren't bad enough, the one that had so aggressively ignored me had the audacity to stare at me like a creeper as I'm leaving.

Don't bother with your BS "we'd like to make this right" response. If you want to make this right by me, stop accepting delivery orders. So, I never have to come...

I’ve had crumbl many many times, but this was my first visit to this store. After talking crumbl cookies up and telling my husband they are the best ever, we were sorely disappointed. We visited on Wednesday, January 29th around 2:30pm. We purchased a box of 4: strawberry shortcake, mom recipe, macadamia nut, and confetti cake. I grabbed a fork to dive in and take a bite of each in the car. The cookies I received were so incredible hard, the fork wouldn’t even cut into them. The mom’s recipe, in particular, could have broken a window because it would so hard. They were not edible. We ended up eating a few bites of the strawberry shortcake, which was good, then threw the rest away. Such a waste of money to buy 4 cookies for $16+ to not even be able to eat them. I’m not sure if they gave us cookies that were bakes days before, but they were bad. Oh well,...

Really impressed and gave my son and I a good laugh. I was told to go here by a work friend and will definitely suggest others drop by as well. The options are large or mini cookies and I had assumed the predetermined image of a large cookie would be what we received, boy was I wrong. The large cookies are massive. We may go with the minis next time but for what it was worth the large cookies had a great color and even better texture! I wish I would have taken pictures because they were beautiful. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. The self service station was an unexpected bonus as I get anxious going...
