Me and my wife have been shopping here for a few years now and they have the stars reward program.We accumulated over way over five thousand points and went to go use them.And were swiftly met with that.They had never seen us before. Then, backtrack, and try to say that that we had shoped shoppe there one time And didn't accumulate any points. Then accused that we took their money because someone made a mistake by giving us too many points in the star's syste. Fact, over the last few years my wife and I have been buying disposable vape products from this store.Spending a hundred and twenty dollars no less at a time.That's four vape devices every time. They used to do deals like 2 for 50 or 60. Of which we regularly frequented. So after embarrassing me in the store and telling me that I never shop there yet she knows who I am. So I left told her I don't want anything to do at her store.And that's it. Then, she calls my wife and tells her how they spent money on us.And we took their money because they gave us points that we were never supposed to have. Where's the professionalism? Who calls a customer to say that in guise of saying sorry. "Were sorry, we gave you too many points so you took alot of our money" what store does this. Its upsetting because thay cary some good stuff for great prices. They might seem friendly at first.But when it comes time for you to get yours watch and see. I wouldn't accumulate any real points there because they won't redeem them all.Maybe increments under fifty dollars? But I just don't understand why you would have to reach out to my wife and harass...

I used to love going to this store but now it is hard to go and feel safe going to shop with the drug dealers living in that big black moving truck in the parking lot it is pretty much always parked outside of the shop or straight across from the door in the parking lot , the old guy deals to basically everyone in the parking lot and they have a ton of people going in and out of the moving truck , I love going here because they always have everything I need but I think I'm going to have to find someplace else because of that creep hanging around. EDIT: being old co-workers has absolutely nothing to do with the fact they are dealing drugs in the parking lot I have not worked there in over a year and when I left I didn't have issues with this gentleman my issue now is I tried to go by the glass shop and one of the food places over there and I got asked by him twice if I wanted to buy meth and he openly admitted to selling to everyone in the parking lot. It is not safe but if you guys are okay with someone dealing right by your store and to your customers I guess it's best I find a...

I love this store and it's employees but this is the third time I've bought a GeekBar that turned out to be fake/refurbished/old stock. not sure if the owners know they are buying from a vendor that is selling them inferior products.

Sour Fcuking fab has not changed since it came out and the last 2 times I've purchased here it's been a COMPLETELY different flavor.

for the owner: it's not worth it. if you know the vendor u are buying from is not genuine your customers will know and little by little you WILL lose all your loyal customers to the big corporate smoke shops which is where ive reluctantly been forced to go back to as you are not the only small shop that's doing this.
