I sat in line in the drive thru from 11:30 pm to midnight and received cold food. I don't mean lukewarm, i mean cold. The cheese on the animal style fries was hard. My burger was cold to the touch and had extra onions when I asked for no onions. I went inside and asked if they could remake the food to make it warmer, the staff were not friendly. They all seemed annoyed and like they didn't know what they were doing. There were 5 people surrounding the burgers and 1 person covering fries. I watched them remake the burgers and sit them in front of the breeze at the drive thru window (the burgers paper and napkins was literally blowing in the breeze) while the person on fries started putting together the fries after the burgers were sitting there for approx 5-10 minutes. She then took old fries out of a box next to the fryer. After what turned into a 1 hour trip. I once again got cold fries and burgers. I gave up because I still had an hour drive home but I was dissapointed and shocked as in n out typically has great service and great food. I will not be returning to this location and hope in the future there is a better trained to crew to take care of the late night rush. There was a line in the drive through but the dining room was essentially empty and they staff seemed to be...
Read moreThey just put this location in Arvada. It’s brand new & very clean, which is nice. I do enjoy the food & the prices are fair. One thing I find very strange is how long it takes most of the time. This place opens at 10:30 am & there are always lots of employees inside. 3 times I’ve been the first customer at 10:30 am & 2 or the 3 times it took like 15 minutes to get my order. That is like an eternity in a drive thru, especially when you’re the first customer. Then the weird thing was, the 2 times it happened, my cheese fries were cold. I don’t even know how that’s possible. Like do they just make it & let it sit out a bit? It took so long, I was actually late back to work on my lunch one of the times. I tried coming early, hoping it wouldn’t take so long, but that makes no difference.
I’m not even kidding when I say In & Out has some serious issues with time. The food can definitely be good, but it takes so incredibly long to get your food, it makes absolutely no sense. If you’re like 5 cars back, get comfortable in line, it will be awhile. Chic-Fil-A across the street is so efficient & moves people through like a breeze, but waiting for a burger from In & Out is like waiting in line for a ride a Disneyland during...
Read moreAs a native Californian I’ve overall been impressed with the consistency that this location and other Colorado locations have maintained. The staff are very kind and welcoming. Only eaten inside once and there were multiple staff members walking around and taking our trash which is something I’ve always appreciated about In N Out.
However, there is some lack of consistency with the manner in which the burgers are put together — not very neat sometimes. More importantly, I always order my fries light-well (and you should too) and I’d say 1/5 times even if they repeat back to me that they’ll be as I ordered, they come out light and soggy and sad :( But all in all everything is...
