Been waiting on my replacement dryer for days now it was promised to be delivered yesterday and every time I call the store I'm getting no answer. I already made my payment for the washer dryer set but have no dryer. I been a customer with Aaron's going on two years and this is the worst experience I have had. They could at least call me and give me a update instead of having someone waiting for a delivery that wasn't going to happen. Called this morning no answer and then a busy signal. When I called yesterday the lady said they were short on staff and they had a surprise meeting ...and gave me a choice to wait till today or for them to come yesterday like originally promised, I said yesterday because I'm doing without a dryer.She said I understand and they won't be there till late afternoon. Well no one showed and I waited all day and took off work.this a update, the guys came yesterday lied about putting the replacement in and instead just tried to do a cord swap and told my my power to my receptacle is bad and so of course I called my land lord and a election checked it with a current meter and it's pulling just fine.    Read moreI truly thought this place got shut down, and it should. Me and my family bought a couch set and coffee table set from Aaronâs and not even the day after we were covered in bed bug bites. They had one of there workers come in and do a âhome inspectionâ. They looked at the couch and found one bed bug and told us to put it outside. They also claimed they would pay for the bed bug treatment, which they didnât. They then harassed us everyday showing up trying to take the furniture because we werenât gonna pay on something they told us to throw out, or pay on something that gave us bed bugs. We ended up calling the higher ups and they did a store inspection and we havenât heard anything about them since. I was also told by a worker I personally know that they take the furniture with bed bugs and clean it with a carpet cleaner , then put it back...
   Read moreWorst experience ever. I took a laptop back that I rented from them after I discovered that I could buy the exact same laptop at Wal-mart for one-fifth the price Aaron's was charging me. Aaron's absolutely did NOT want to take the item back. I brought it back after only a month, in the box, fully restored to factory settings, no scuffs or dents or dings at all and even dusted it and cleaned the monitor before I packaged it back up.
The employees all act like no one is in charge and none of them are there to do a thing. The store manager has the nastiest attitude of anyone I've ever seen. She's basically there to take your money and that is it.
