Went in to have my wedding ring sent off for repair due to a crack forming in the side of it. Unfortunately the repair shop deemed it non repairable due to the placement of the crack. So instead we were able to use the lifetime warranty we purchased. And luckily the amazing staff at the store did everything in their power to make us as happy as possible. Our sales person was Kasey and she spent so much time helping us find something to replace it since my ring was discontinued. We ended up going with a tungsten ring instead of a rose gold because of the durability, and since we did that I ended up having plenty of funds left over afterwards to spend. So Kasey then helped me pick out a very nice Bulova watch after trying on pretty much every watch in the display case (even tho the first one I saw was the one I left with). My wife then also picked out a Bulova watch that came with a necklace as well. And finally my 2 year old daughter got to pick out some diamond earrings that will be used to pierce her ears. The all around great experience took so much of Kaceys time (hours) but she didn’t let it bother her a single bit. She kept a smile the whole time and even talked to the kids quite a bit, even gave them a pack of skittles that she had. Haley and Makyela also played a big part in the experience as well by talking and helping give input and advice on different items we looked at. Haley went to work when the warranty gave us a bit of trouble, basically rolled up her sleeves and put boxing gloves on against them. She wasn’t gonna let them get one over on us. Stay away from this store when buying jewelry! Purchased a 14k gold necklace and 5 months later, it just comes apart and falls in the shower floor! “Thing” at store said it “it looked like the solder broke and they could send it out and have it soldered back”.
