UPDATE!!! Price INCREASE as of June 1, 2022. Weekly lunch specials increased to $7.25 (with tax total is $7.76) Tokyo Express has REOPENED - 02AUG2021 and WOW things have IMPROVED! Dine In is available! Newly remodeled qnd back in action, well sort of, as this food is Takeout ONLY. Since the "C" word hit, they have either been closed or only open for takeout orders. Lunch service was quick and delicious. The "soupiness" was gone, and man were the portions HUGE! Great flavor. There were at least 6 employees inside the restaurant working/talking. Like other restaurants, I believe the profit margins are greater with takeout only service. It is not always about a lack of work force. So why open up fully and have the extra expenses like wear and tear, water/sewer, napkins, ice and beverage refills? We have eaten here several times years ago and it was always good. Fast forward to today and we walk in to exceptionally rude service from the girl taking the orders. When asked if the chichen was breath meat meat she kept saying that it was chicken. Just chicken. I explained to her the different pieces of white and dark meat but it didn't seem to resonate. I also asked her if the rice had egg in it and she seems baffled by it. I left that one alone. When she brought the food out our order was wrong and I asked if they had ginger sauce and she said yes but just walked back to the counter and took an order. I waiting in line to ask about that ginger sauce and she (very rudely) said it's an extra charge. She acted as if I couldn't afford the extra charge for it. I told her not to worry about and walked off. I get that good help is hard to find these days but that is ridiculous. They did fix the order but I will not deal with that level of ignorance and rudeness. Besides, the foodwas just mediocre and the plates had grease all over them. Go...

It's extremely unprofessional to not answer your phone during business hours. Once or twice is understandable, but I've been calling off and on for the last two hours trying to order food. It's either a busy signal or it rings and rings and then asks for an access code. You could at least have a voice mail stating you're not answering the phone. I love the food here, but I'm not driving 20+ minutes to find out if you're open. It's 6:45 on a Saturday night. Your business hours state open until 9 pm tonight. Especially during the COVID-19 pandemic I shouldn't be required to come into your restaurant to order something, and this isn't the first time this has happened! You definitely lost a...
