This store is outrageous! I brought a pair of white tennis shoes back that I had bought for my daughter due to them being too small, which I had both the tag and receipt for and they would not return them bc they said it looked as if they had been worn! Now anyone knows that a child who has white shoes will get them dirty and there was not one mark on them! I have never been so angry, I’m not sure who they think I am but this is not the first time I’ve had a problem with this this store! I will never go back in there and give them another scent...

Wow. Should be the one place we all stop ive been going to Ross stores for 2 yrs and could have left with alot. But i have 4 famous label dresses that are my favorite, that came from Ross. Jacquard materials, silks and satin that i couldnt afford had it not been for Ross. I never leave with nothing.
