Big Lots — Local services in Asheboro

After 20 years, I decided to replace my recliners I bought at Big Lots in 2004. Of course as a procrastinator I waited until the last day and had to get one at the Asheboro store and one at another store. Then, they offered a 20% off FAMLYSFRIEND Coupon and I decided on the Marbella Sofa Chaise in the Dusk color, to replace my leather loveseat which was also purchased in 2004. Needless to say, that transaction didn’t quite go as smoothly. Ana at the Asheboro store jumped in and rescued me. I can say with 💯 certainty, they will be my preferred store from now on. Great customer service is very rare this day and time! The management and staff at the Asheboro store went over and beyond to make my purchase just perfect. I love this Big lots! They have lots of weird deals on food, here. I bought a bunch of energy drink mix, drink packets, kind of like an energy Kool-Aid. It only cost $1 which is kind of crazy and they have like so much caffeine in them. I don't feel like I could have found that deal at any other store in Asheboro. Big lots. Just offer some of the most variety at weirdly low prices.

You have to say that the bathroom's here are probably some of the worst in Asheboro out of all the bathrooms I've used in the Asheboro area. They're definitely the lowest. The store is your average Big Lots, the people are friendly and helpful for the most part. The reason I am giving this review a 4 star review instead of a 5 star is because of a swivel style bookcase that we recently bought there. It was new, but had a 2-3 inch chuck of particle board broken off from the top portion, very obvious, cannot find it. The missing chunk was NOT in the box, so it was packaged that way. There were some other issues with the product as well and because I bought it on clearance I cannot return it. That's over $100 wasted not to mention the 6 hours I spent putting it...
