I can't say enough about my experience with blue. I was looking for an engagement ring for my now wife (spoiler alert), and had an idea of what I thought she wanted. Unfortunately, finding a ring in the style she liked was not easy. While blue had a number of great rings, nothing exactly fit her very particular style. After speaking with the helpful staff, explaining the types of jewelry and rings she liked, they talked to me about custom designing a ring for her. I wanted it to be perfect, so they sketched me a ring.

They walked me through every step of the process, from stone type and size, material and finish. It was great to have someone focused on helping me get what I wanted, not making a sale. Throughout the process, they were transparent about how long it would take and worked with me to get me the best bang for my buck. In the end, the ring was exactly what we had drawn up, and exactly what she wanted. "Perfect" is the word that gets thrown around, and not just by her.

I had my wife's engagement ring designed and crafted at Blue, and the experience was great (as was the ring). Working with Susan was a DREAM. Not only did she give me a great deal on the most expensive purchase of my young life, she threw in an extra sapphire stone for free, just for the sake of the design.
