I bought a strap for my watch from another place and second day it broke, I returned it and rcvd refund of $40 that cost me then visited Watches at Wall Street. Pleasant and knowledable person and not only replaced my watch leather strap, with better leather strap, but put in pins & and install it new battery all at a saving of $20 then first place. Noted that the mgr was very pleasant, and had many second hand watches for sale at very good prices. I highly recommend wall Street watches for repairs and/or purchase of new and second...

The staff at this store went above and beyond helping me with a timepiece problem I was having. I went in slightly confused and bewildered but was quickly put at ease by the calm demeanor of Connor. That guy helped me with a consultation that he didn't even have to do! After a brief wait and some quick back and forth banter I got the answer I was looking for and left that store feeling relieved and happy. Thanks again to everyone at Watches on Wall Street. Y'all...
